AVOID THIS PLACE! Scheduled an appointment for tire replacement. Showed up on time. Gave me an estimated completion time of 90 minutes. Came back 90 minutes later (now 20 minutes before closing time) and they hadn't even started on my truck. When I asked if/when they would have it complete, they couldn't give me any answer other than "we'll get to when we can". They have absolutely no care for their customers time or convenience. So now I have wasted 2 hours of my day and nothing to show for it. And unfortunately, even going to a Firestone dealer goes against the grain for me, as I had bad experiences with them in the past and had sworn I would never enter a Firestone dealer again. So Goodyear, here I come.

We have used Firestone several times with good experience however this location has gone down hill and we won’t be returning. We spent over $800 on a “repair” that was not even the issue and did not correct the problem. After returning when the vehicle wasn’t fixed they suggested taking to the dealership. The dealership found a coolant leak which had not been mentioned at all in the several times at Firestone along with a couple other issues that were the issue. $800 for nothing and never mentioning the coolant issue we will not return.

Dealt with store manager, Kyle. I told him about a very negative experience I had at a Firestone service center in Tulsa 2 weeks ago. The Tulsa Firestone on 71st street, told me that they installed a new catalytic converter to solve an engine light problem. They did not. They recommended a chemical cleansing of my fuel and ignition system to make the engine run better. Then they installed a $250 set of spark plugs without my permission. The engine light stayed on. I was told to bring it back to their shop in Tulsa for remedial work. I told them I couldn't because I lived in Chattanooga. Kyle made sure the catalytic converter was installed. I also authorized an oil change. I was asked if I wanted a brake fluid change and said, "No, not at this time." When I went to pay the bill Friday, January 31, I was charged for a brake fluid exchange that I told the mechanic I did not want. Thankfully, the charge was removed. If only the Firestone staff would listen better, I would rate them higher.

Made the mistake of coming here twice. They took 4 hours for an appointment oil change the first time and 8 hours (!) for an appointment tire change the second day.

Horrible experience today again. We have used this location many times over the past 8 years and each time we say we will give another chance and we get burned. Save your money and go somewhere else. Today, we had an appointment for new tires that had to be ordered. They were ordered last week. Today, no tires. They had every exuse in the world. Told my husband they would get them sent right over from another location. He's been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours now, the day before Thanksgiving! :(

It feels like customers are treated as just numbers here, with little personal connection or attention to detail. The workflow seems inefficient—when one employee goes to lunch, there’s no proper handoff. The next person then spends 30 minutes trying to figure out who is waiting, who needs follow-up, and who is done. As someone who works in customer service, I can say this is a critical issue.
When I called to inquire about the cost of a lifetime alignment, I was told $189. However, your website advertises $20 off alignments, so I expected the total to be $169 plus tax and fees. That seemed like an excellent deal, but I was shocked when the final cost came out to $225. On top of that, the forms included statements I hadn’t agreed to, claiming I had verbally approved certain charges when all I did was sign a digital pad.
It’s clear that the front desk is understaffed. I’ve been there twice now, and each time, only one person was managing everything. While they are doing their best, this is far from good customer service. Unfortunately, it reflects poorly on the business.
I received the service I came for, but the experience reminded me why I don’t visit often. I encourage you to review your Google reviews—they tell a consistent story, and unfortunately, it’s not a positive one

Had an appointment at 10am for my oil change and wheel alignment. I was there for 4 hours and they didn’t even take my vehicle inside the shop till 2 hours after my appointment. I was also told that a appointments usually takes 1-2hr. So what’s the point of me scheduling an appointment if im not gonna get my vehicle on time.

The service was extremely slow. I had an appointment and it still took almost three hours to rotate and balance 4 tires. I looked in the service bay several times and it nobody appeared to be working on my truck.

You guys need more help! Not only with more mechanics but with your scheduling!
I’ve always used Firestone but today I arrived at my appointment early, we (my 90 and 92 YO Parents) and I sat for 2 hours and 15 minutes and the car never moved from the parking lot!
Plus I drove for an hour to get there….very disappointed ☹️

After waiting several hours for an 10 o'clock apt and leaving 4 hours later with a child waiting in the lobby. I was very aggravated to say the least. Kyle made me a decent deal on tires, they sold them, so I ended up witty another brand. They ride so bad. Kyle was awesome though, he really try to make things right, but the tires really bring these trips to a bad experience.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful. My car was serviced efficiently and quickly. Manager was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this business.
