The good: friendly staff.The bad: worst bank ever. At least they’re consistent. Everything is bad and they never fix any of the problems. Didn’t have problems before - when it was Atlantic capital. After several years, I’m finally going to have to change banks. I have zero trust in Firstbank with my money.

Charges take FOREVER to post. It’s 2022. I shouldn’t have to carry a balance book in my pocket because 5-7 days later debit purchases still aren’t posted. That’s not my negligence that’s your inability to keep up with competitor banking practices that are the current norm.
