No one would help my son and I. Made us wait which my issus was easy. The guy that sits in the booth off to the right. He didn't care know I had to pick up my daughter and. Customer service sucks. Are issue would have only took 5 minutes to help us

Started a new account recently, which was smooth and simple (a lot of "safety" steps but simple enough) Going through online banking setup, installing apps, etc. Couldn't deposit a check with the app, had to go to the bank. While depositing, I asked what the problem may be. I was told, by the teller, " you probably just need to uninstall & reinstall the app". That was not the problem at all. Turns out you must set up app deposits through customer service, which is what I suspected and indicated to the teller, who told me to reinstall.The bank employees ought to know the basics of online bank procedure. A little better communication would have made the process easier and faster.Overall everything else is 5 star so far, will reasses if necessary.

I've been a First Tennessee/First Horizon customer for many years. The Red Bank branch is subpar. They seem to care nothing about customer service. They always seem to be understaffed and the ones that are there are curt-- almost rude. It's as if my asking a question is annoying to them. They should take notes from the Northgate branch. Those people are awesome!

My elderly parents in their late 80s have done business with First Horizon bank for 60 years. They are now in assisted living in Huntsville Alabama. We went to the bank and filled out change of address forms for all of their IRA retirement accounts. 4 or 5 months ago my mother received her annual IRA distribution but my father did not~$3500. We contacted First Horizon and they said it was sent to a local wrong address and they would have to wait 90 days before a check can be reissued. We waited, and now the bank says we have get a document notarized saying "we" lost the check that was never received. The bank knows the check has not been cashed and could easily cancel it and reissue. Instead, they would prefer to have my will chair bound dad and mother leave assisted living and go find a notary to sign a document that says they lost the check that was errantly sent to a wrong address by First Horizon. Buyer beware of doing business with this bank.

We have been with this bank for 17 years and this particular branch is so difficult to deal with. Every.Single.Time. I need something notarized, or something special they say they cannot do it and every time I drive right down the road to a different branch and they do it with a smile on their face. I have finally learned my lesson that they will never get their act together .

37 bucks to stop recurring payments from my checking account! Come on it's just a computer click and it's my account FTB is just the bookkeepers. Feel ripped off, oh yes I had to wait with no one in front of me. RED BANK BRANCH

Waited at the drive through window. No one was there and never came while I waited. And it wasn't closing hours either. I just left without getting what I needed done. Won't be going back to that location. Edit: The day after I left this review, someone from the bank called me and asked about the situation. I told her what happened and she stated she would look into it and apologized. She also stated that she hoped I'd give their location another chance. As a long time customer, I really appreciated them contacting me about the issue. I changed my 1 star rating to a 3.

My husband brags about this branch all the time. They are always friendly and helpful. They never hesitated to work with us on a few small issues we had along the many years with being with them. I've experienced other banks in the area and will only recommend First TN.
