This branch on shallowford is the best branch in the area . Everyone is friendly and treats you with respect as a customer . Weather you just think with them do auto loans or insurance through the spbranch you’re guaranteed to be respected and have all your questions answered and understood . I won’t be going anywhere else for my banking needs .

This is one of the best banks in Chattanooga. The staff at all the locations are friendly and professional. They always greet you with a smile, especially the Shallowford Road location. No matter how busy they are , as soon as you walk in the greet you as if you are part of the family not just a customer.The whole gang is wonderful , Heath , Amanda, Abby ,Tony , and Bonnie.

I went to get safety box at this bank branch. I submitted all the required information. They were supposed to call me in a day. 15 days over still no response from the bank.

Wonderful experience with all the staff here. Paul, Heath, April, Jenna and everyone else here are top notch. They were able to create a business line of credit for our biz that no one else could. All the decisions that are made here are made locally so they will actually fight to earn your business.
