Once I got used to the online banking it was great. Staff at Hixson is awesome , especially the young gentleman that works there. Always friendly from the get go. But the Hixson branch needs to be able to print a debit card in that brand new fancy building. I waited and waited for over six weeks and never received my debit card after the manager Lisa ordered it. So I finally decided to drive downtown and they were able to print a debit card that day. First Tennessee has always been able to print a new debit card no problem. But if you read this comment First Bank you deserve a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️... so I hope someone there reads this. Good Day

I have nothing but good things to say about this bank. They are courteous and helpful to me on all accounts. I have been with the bank for about a year now and quite happy. Plus - I love the fact that they refund my ATM fees at the end of my cycle!

I used their ATM and left my CashApp card I have been receiving my payroll on in it by accident. It was taken inside and they refused to give it back to me even with proper identification. HIGHLY suggest to leave a bank where they will keep other people's property indefinitely. Am currently in a process of a formal complaint and boycott of this branch or service in its entirety. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional by stating she does not care who the card belongs to and that she'll destroy it right in front of my father who spoke to them first at the drive-thru window.

Stopped in just to get something notarized. Only 1 other customer in the bank. Teller informed me they only notarized items for customers even though I offered to pay. If I offered to pay then wouldn't I be a customer? Thank you anyway First Bank. You are the Last Bank in my book.

Stopped by late Friday afternoon to make a deposit in the ATM. The ATM ate my only debit card. My wife had to yank out the card because there is no one available to talk to after hours like most major banks. Not even a number on the ATM for the ATM service provider.
