My two sons and I drove from Knoxville to purchase shoes on Saturday November 14, 2020 at 2pm.The store was closed , but online it's said Footaction was open for business.There was no sign out side the door of footaction footwear on why they were closed and when they will be back open for business.It was a 3 hour round trip from knoxville to Chattanooga that was wasted , because no one from Footaction updated there store hours on google maps.

Hamilton place mall employees are better , After visiting north gate mall in experience a employee that did seem to care. This experience exceed my expectations. The young man that help me was very informative and I actually bought two pairs of shoes. I would of did at Northgate but the employee didn't have time for my service, an quite rude. Hamilton place finish line is better than Northgate

The staff there makes you want to shop because you feel like you know them. Great selection of shoes and clothes. Great atmosphere inside of a mall
