Nick and his crew of two other guys were amazing start to finish. I scheduled my move a few weeks ago with Cataria and as promised they were on time for my move. They quickly assessed what I was moving and got it out of my third floor apartment and loaded in the truck. 45 minutes and my apartment was on a truck headed to my new location just down the road. Another 45 minutes once we got to the new location and my stuff was all set up including an adjustment to the couch. I appreciate the hard work from the crew to get this move done quickly and efficiently. I will be using Fox Moving and Storage for future needs. I highly recommend checking them out over some of the other moving companies out there.

Nick, our assigned mover, did an excellent job! He was very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was carefully packed to prevent damage. Nick worked tirelessly the entire 4 hours to get things completed as quickly as possible. Fox Moving and Storage made the daunting task of moving so much more stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with moving.

Fox moving and Storage in Chattanooga moved us out of our old house and into our new one. The movers were quick and careful with our belongings. The price was great. Thanks again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This was the WORST move I have ever endured. When the 3 movers arrived they were rude and seemed aggravated that I had a 2500 square foot home to move. One of the 3 movers got mad and left. Leaving only 2 movers. They did work hard. After 10 hours everything was loaded. When I got to my new home they only unloaded a mattress and box springs for me to sleep on. They had to come back the next day to deliver everything else. I tried to be accommodating as I bought their lunch and gave a generous tip. My bill for moving from Ooltewah to Hixson was over $2500.00!!!! They were not staffed appropriately. It took them over an hour to get my couch out of the house. They had to call the general manager to come tell them how to do it. I would tell anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They charge unreal pricing. I had to pay for their understaffing. AWFUL.

The move was easy out of storage. The men were friendly and professional. They placed everything where I wanted it in my home. They were respectful and took their shoes off in the house.

Chad, Bo, and Jose moved us and they were PHENOMENAL. Efficient and very careful with our items. Unmatched in Tetris related skills. Personable and a delight to interact with. We’ve heard a lot of horror stories about movers but Fox was incredible. 1000/10 would recommend.

Terrible! Hired 3 men, 1 actually worked proficiently. Several things damaged (including over 14 linear feet of my wood floor). I was told I would see someone Monday (today) between 9 & 1. I've texted the number & received no reply.Entirely different review from what I've seen posted so be extra cautious before you hire them UNLESS you like broken items (being told that type of item doesn't move well & that's why it's broke- ummm, it's a wooden shoe rack! ) and damaged the interior of your home!

The crew from Fox were on time, professional, friendly and listened to any things we were concerned about. They even hitched both car dollies to the trucks without asking them when we had to take them back to U Haul. They were extremely careful with our furniture and took extra care with our floors because they had just been refinished. The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Fox movers.

I had originally hired Bellhop Movers, who canceled on me 10 minutes before they were scheduled to move me. They were horrible. Fox Movers were to the rescue. They were on time the following morning with 3 men to help. They did a fantastic job and the guys worked very hard. I would recommend them to anyone.

A SUPER rough start. I must say communications is key with a service company and they failed miserably in that regard. If not for the crew that EVENTUALLY showed up they would have deserved 1 star. We set up a move for our son for a Saturday at 9 am. They kept putting us off all day saying they would get to us soon. We always had to initiate contact they didn't call us. Come to find out they fired a crew the day before so they were short. Notice that there may be a delay could have been very helpful in keeping down our anxiety. Finally a guy called at 5 pm to say that they weren't coming out that day, even after a couple of messages to the contrary even more recently in the day. This poor guy had to call 11 people with the same story for their move that day and on Sunday and clearly he was even caught off guard by the situation. My son was supposed to clean the apartment on Sunday with a move out inspection on Monday, the last day of the month. We finally settled on a move on that Monday. They, the actual crew assigned, kept in touch with us and up to date on their progress in getting to the apartment in the morning. The crew that performed the move were very friendly and efficient. They are the only reason that it brought this 1 star review up to a 4. Their management team needs to re-evaluate their priorities, communication skills, and scheduling. It is clear that they were not ready for the moves but waited until my son's apartment rental office was closed before notification that the move wasn't going to happen. Communications from a service company is a must and to keep people sitting all day with, we will be there soon, this is very inconsiderate. In the end they did get them moved and did provide a discount and made some amends but it added a lot of unnecessary stress.

This is the worst company. I scheduled to move my office over a month in advance. I called several times over the next few weeks to confirm. The day before the move I was notified that the movers would show up between 9-11. At 11:00 no show and no call. When I called the company, I was informed that they were running behind and the dispatcher would call me but they would get me moved that day. I had already paid $189 deposit. No one called. I kept calling for 6 hours and was told the same thing over and over but no one ever showed or called except to cancel 6 hours later at 5:00 pm. The only option I was offered was to reschedule for 7 days later. I have already scheduled to transfer phone service, disconnected computers, dismantled office, etc. not a reliable company.

We used these guys to move our entire office. Everything that you could think of was in the space. 10 offices, 2 conf spaces, tons of boxes, couches, refrigerators you name it and they moved it. Nick and his crew were on time and worked their butts off for two days straight to ensure we were moved properly. All with one elevator in each space. It definitely wasn't easy, but they made it happen. I was impressed.
