I am extremely upset with this situation. There was a buy 2 get one free deal. So I got the games. Realized when I got back that it was not the right disk when I opened it. So I went back that same day, over a 40 minute drive. And I got there, and we hadn’t even paid for that game. Which I’m assuming the guy that had been at the registered simply deleted the order from it, which I understand is a simple mistake. However the employee that was there, and I was trying to explain the issue, had been dismissing me and being extremely rude. So I just paid for the third game. Go back home, then realize a 2nd game a bought from that batch was missing a disk, and was completely pointless. Very disappointed in customer service.

I would like to make it clear that this location has decent employees. ALL except for 1. Just the day before I spent $50 at this store. The 2 employees talked with me and even offered a few store options that would save me money.
TODAY - HOWEVER, Tyrone (I am sure that name is close enough) happened to be there and before I even entered the store, he had the typical, WHY ARE YOU HERE, attitude. I get inside and ask about an item LISTED ONLINE AS IN STORE, And he begins talking flippid with me. "Man! See, you gotta think, man!"
As if implying that I was either dumb, or stupid.... or both. I explained to this GENIUS, that I wouldn't have been standing there if I had not thought of everything he was saying, already.
This man did EVERYTHING he could to avoid making a sell and shuffle me out of the door.
Keep up the good work GAMESTOP! Employees like THIS, will surely keep you in business!!

I just called this store to see if they sold a certain product in store and the person I spoke with on the phone, Daniel I think his name was, told me he didn't know and wouldn't check because he was "busy with something". What kind of customer service is that? All these stores have gone downhill over the years. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Went in to grab a few games, I was walking through the process, and Brian mentioned that I should have an account with them, I said I think I did. He then apparently signed me up for pro which at no point did he mention, it was obviously just to get commission. I was walking out and noticed I got charged, went in and he said there's nothing he could do and said to call customer service. I did and they said that the store should have refunded. Very pathetic shilling of pro account. I want my money back.

When I tell you I am the easiest customer ever. I have on again off again had a pro membership since 2011. I came in to but a ps5 today and ncaa. I was sold a game even though they gave me a ps5 that was digital only. I called at 745 to let them know they sold me the wrong one and Garrett apologized and said I could come back to swap it out. I come back to swap it out about 30 mins later and Garrett was gone and the person working refused to do it because he didn’t mess it up. He said he told Garrett that and he still left. If it’s true that he told him that all he had to do was call and say come back tomorrow. The guy at the register then tries to send me to gunbarrel. As I am getting ready to leave a customer tells me gunbarrel is closed. I then ask to speak to a manager and of course he is sick. So I am sitting here with 500 dollars worth of GameStop stuff I can’t use. It was for my kids birthday. When I say I am pissed it’s an understatement! If he doesn’t know how to change it out then there should be a manager they can call to work through that.

I went there today too use my points and the guy that was there got real rude saying I don't have pro account. I know I do I bought a year subscription in March of this year . He wouldn't help any further and kept saying obviously you don't and walked away when I got home I checked my account my sub ends in March of 2025 as I knew it would .

Matt the GameStop there is so lazy every time I call he never looks up what I ask for he always just says no we don’t have it but when I call and talk to other employees they actually look it up and can hear the computer typing and they tell me yea we have it but anytime he answers the phone it’s always no and never says hold up let me look it’s always no and one day when I called I was at the Walmart next door an called about a game and he immediately said no we are out of copies so 15 minutes go by and I go to game stop anyways while I was right there and they had 3 copies of the game I just asked for he is lazy and no matter who calls it always no because he is to lazy to look it up this has happened so much and I’m sick of it

The website said that the stores near me had Xbox series x in stock. When I arrived neither one had any at all. Thanks for wasting my gas.

I bought a elite controller online and went to pick it up I felt as if I was pressured into buying a console I didn’t need and other items but overall it was a fast process

Was in the store for quite some time because there was only one person there working and they hadn't worked in a while so it took them a while to get what I needed done. And prices were different than when I called about a switch, higher in the actual store.
