Gracie and Leon are my favorite people to see because they're always willing to help and always really sweet. Whether just to talk about games, we'd love to play. Me and my wife always come in and are always satisfied. I genuinely love the experience I get at this GameStop which is why I come to this GameStop not only are they always willing to help, they genuinely understand what a customer need and wants . 10/10 from IGN

Can’t say enough great things about Leon, Gracie and Ben! They will go above and beyond to help you with anything that they possibly can. Amazing people and well ran game store. I like to just go here and hangout even if I’m not buying anything 🙌🏽

Gracie went above and beyond to make sure we had the best deal for our game trade-ins. Even discussed what would be better to trade in at McKay's or there, cash back vs store credit. She walked us through all the options to maximize our value.

You can call this store as many times as you want during the day and no one will pick up. Google as well as their store sign says they close at 8pm on Wednesday. I drove over there at 7 and the gate was down and the store was locked up. This is unacceptable. All the stores are going downhill and I'm surprised they are still open.

The prices weren't bad, and the lady helping us was super sweet. Even got us a little discount on the ps5 my husband bought. But a guy at the store, made me and him extremely uncomfortable. We had to stand guard of the cash we had for the ps5. He stood extremely close to me, and kept eye balling me. Thankfully we got out of there fine and home ok.

Terrible customer service, it’s as if the Game Stop store and their customer service dept are living On two separate planets , neither planet willing to take responsibility for selling a faulty product.

This is a great place. They have just about any game that you're wanting. They have game cards.. The young workers are very good at what they do in the understanding. The products that they're selling, which is wonderful and they are willing to work with you if you don't have computer skills.

I wanted a PS5 to play Helldivers 2 and wanted to do business with Gamestop rather than a bigger, less personal company. I came here and was fully prepared to get a PS5 and a hardcopy of HD2. I let the guy behind the counter (super nice guy btw, named Angel. Great guy. Good at his job. Probably deserves a raise) talk me into a controller charger/holder for a little extra... then as I was gonna check out I was informed that I could get a 2 year warranty for nearly $100 extra dollars or a 1 year for something like $55. I said, "Well, I'll know if it works within 30 days and that's the return policy, right?"
He said no. The return policy for Gamestop is 7 days. 7 days?! So I declined the purchase and went next door to Target, bought a PS5 and a new TV. They have a 30-day return policy. I hated to not do business with Gamestop today, but a 7 day return policy is atrocious. I remember the days of the red ring of death. If you won't guarantee your product for a month for free, then you clearly don't trust it and if you don't trust your product, how can I trust your company??

Some of the female workers had a snotty attitude and didn’t want to help me, and called someone else. They have a good selection of games, and it seemed like a bigger store. Definitely worth checking them out if you can tolerate the rude customer service.
