Do not purchase a Bosch series 5000 mini split from Home Depot. The compressor failed 2 months after start up and it took 2 months to get a replacement. Beware labor is not covered, I paid Home Depot $1087.00 for the entire system and it cost $1020.00 for the labor to replace a warranty compressor. Found out Home Depot does not carry the unit anymore. Read the warranty very carefully, my bad that I missed lack of labor warranty.

Needed door knobs replaced. Waiting for a month for my appointment. The installer was an hour late on the day of the appointment with no explanation as to why. He told me he didn't like being watched and to go read a book!! I had bought kwik set knobs so I wouldn't have to use multiple keys. He refused to key my new knob to match the deadbolt. I was told by Kelly, the manager at the Chattanooga store that this is the only installer they use. I was extremely disappointed at the inappropriate and paranoid comments of this installer. He didn't even tell me his name. He took pictures of the doors before and after the install. I refuse to let any stranger wander through my house unsupervised. Do better Home Depot!!

Home Depot always has what I need. Better than Lowe's in my experience. Even if HD doesn't have what I need Lowe's is right next to it so I just go to both

Home Depot has the worst customer service EVER! If you purchase a major appliance they will not take it back for a refund for ANY reason. You are stuck with it. This is why I always shop at LOWES. This one time I gave Home Depot a chance and they failed. I would get better customer service from a flea market.

By far the worst experience we’ve ever had! Everyone was nice and promised our dream kitchen till it was paid and installation time… measurements were way off, kitchen is not what we asked for and just a complete disaster… when we tried to talk to the guy that initially helped design and order was very short and rude about it! DO NOT GET A KITCHEN FROM THEM… huge waste of time and money

I moved here 2 weeks ago and thus far the worst person ive met was a cashier at this Home Depot. We've already spent over $4,000 at this location and i wish i could return everything to take my business elsewhere. The cashier responded with "Really?.." and "Seriously?... okay.." when i opted not to add a warranty on a tool i purchased. I highly recommend bringing your business literally anywhere else just as i will from now on unless you want someone to be rude and judge you for what you choose not to purchase. Mind you I work with tools for my living so im fairly certain i know what warranty i do and dont want.

Do not shop here. The customer service is unprofessional. We ordered a dryer from them on the 9th of January and when they came, they said it was dented. So we sent it back. We rescheduled the new dryer to be sent but Home Depot refunded our install without our knowledge. When they came, they told me and I said that’s not what we paid for, and that’s when we found out the install was refunded. Now, they won’t refund our money for the dryer! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. Why sell a product, customer pays for shipping, only to have a delivery service asking the customer to meet them somewhere convenient ???

We moved to the area back in January. Since then we have been to this location many times when a elderly person has had to ask me for help because the staff would not help or could not help. Also very bad at having things blocking aisles. Now with the Covid mess they have stepped up the crazy. The large carts are at the exit side and not the entrance. I grabbed one at the entrance and lady behind the return counter rushed out and asked why I was taking it and requested I walk outside all the way to the exit side by lumber to get a one. They also have 6-8 people working the return counter which now they will not check you out there. They force you to go to the "exit" side by lumber. There will be 2 registers open with 2 maybe 3 people working. They are hoping you go to self check out. They lost the sale of Timemaster 1100 dollar purchase today. Today was the last straw I'm done giving this location my business.

The store manager helped me when no one else could. He turned a not so good experience into a lot better of an experience. I will return based on the level of customer service he gave me. I was very pleased to say the least and I do recommend this store.

In the days following a devastating tornado in our area, Home Depot fails to help the community! People in our area are desperately trying to put their lives back together and are in dire need of items just to survive from one day to the next. Home Depot chose to close at 6 pm preventing needy people from obtaining good to continue with efforts to move forward. Your competition, Lowe's which is only a block away wan not only open, but had customer service associates to assist with locating items, carrying them to the front, and loading your vehicle. Since you cant help when the need is greatest and offer service when I need it, I will give my vusiness to your competition in the future!
