“Whenever I board my card at @meowmanor in Virginia I always buy something for the staff local to the area I am visiting. Local Only Gifts and Goods was the best place to go to get local goodies made in and around Chattanooga. Amazing selection of a wide variety of items from moon pies to hats to greeting cards and more. All made by local artisans and businesses. The prices were surprisingly modest for many many things and I was able to get a full bag of goodies for the kind people watching my babies. You don’t want to miss going to this awesome store if you are visiting or live in Chattanooga! I”

They have a Lazer engraving machine for customized personalization of items. I like their selection of wind chimes. A lot of unique jewelry items. We seem to find something different every time we visit.”
“I wanted to thank the lovely people at I Go Tokyo! We had bought a plate from them for my son last year, but I accidentally broke it the other day and it was his favorite plate. Their website didn't have the plate anymore, but after we called them, they only had 2 plates left in stock. They kindly wrapped up both plates for us to buy and even added a pack of kids washcloths for free! They were so wonderful and that was a great display of customer service! They've got a cute set up downtown and I highly recommend giving them a visit!”

“It's Christmas Eve and my sister-in-law, who loves Christmas more than anyone I know, is very sick and unable to be around family for the holiday. While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?! Thank you Sophie's for your amazing customer service and super cute gifts!!”

Todd actually opened the store and patiently helped me and my husband for hours the first time we met. One of his salespeople, Lisa, helped me all day over the phone with my Christopher Radko order. “I shopped two times while I was in Chattanooga, and it is such a cool shop! They have a ton of novelty stuff: really great greeting cards, stickers, socks, handmade jewelry from the region, calendars, toys, and more.”
“They had an excellent selection of new merchandise, seasonal merchandise, and regular merchandise. However, many of the items were only available in a couple of sizes. Staff was not rude, but they did not speak to us while in the store. Pricing could have been better and they did not have any sales over Labor Day weekend when most places were running sales.”

“I called store #226 and spoke with Melinda. The person that I was sending an edible arrangement to was visiting at a different address for her birthday. Since the recipient was not going to be home to receive the gift, Melinda delivered it to the address that she was at at for her birthday! She went above and beyond to get the fruit arrangement delivered since I was calling from out of state ! She was very professional and helpful ! Thanks Melinda !!!”

“Nice little antique shop, nicely laid out, not crowded. You can find a little bit of everything & it's not so overwhelming as some of the bigger places can be. The prices are great, last visit was a 20% everything event! The staff are so helpful & kind. Great place to stop for quick gifts as well, with locally made soaps, jewelry, Chattanooga memorabilia, etc. Love Edith's!! ??”
