The good: The aesthetician I had was wonderful. Debbie did excellent! She tried her best to make me comfortable when things went wrong and did an amazing job on my facial and head spa. She was so kind and caring! I would give Debbie 5 stars!
The bad: The head spa lost hot water about midway through my appointment. I was so cold I was shivering so Debbie did her best to help warm me up again with an extra blanket. I'm not sure I'll ever trust that machine again. For the price you pay, it's definitely not worth risking it or worth it.

I had a massage yesterday with Bethany at Good Fortune. The whole experience was wonderful and I felt like Bethany took her time to listen to me before hand. I would definitely recommend it for a really great massage!

Today was my first shopping experience since the spa changed to new ownership. Wow - the minimalist aesthetic is beautiful - tranquil and calming. The owners gave great attention to detail in helping me make informed purchases for my skin. And their adorable sheltie, Teddy, greeted me with a warm wag when I walked in the door.

Truly a hidden gem in the city of Chattanooga. I have had the honor of interacting frequently with the owners who treat every customer with respect and care. The employees are all extremely accommodating and kind (including the front desk). The space is relaxing and tranquil. I’ve booked several services here from a quick eyebrow wax to an hour long massage for my husband. We’ve never left disappointed! Thank you Good Fortune for providing a haven!

The ladies here were very sweet with me and my daughter who got the teen facial. Very patient and kind. Definitely recommend. Appreciated that parking was easy and it is close to downtown.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Daniel! Booking was easy and I was able to book same-day and within a few hours. Daniel did an amazing job, and it was a true deep tissue massage, not just light to medium pressure. My shoulders feel better than they have in ages. Excellent experience and highly recommend - already rebooked!

I was in town for a few days for a class and had a free morning prior to heading to the airport. Booking online was easy, with available add-ons. Debbie made me feel comfortable and pampered. A wonderful experience. I didn’t put any product in my hair afterwards and it is not all fuzzy/frizzy like it usually is after air drying!

I had an appointment for 2:00, because of the insane traffic situation, I arrived around 2:35. I was accommodated without any question. I can honestly say that Daniel is a Massage Therapist par excellence.

I may have shared a five star review in the past. However, they no longer get five stars from me. I had a custom order of the same scent that I had last year, which was an amazing cinnamon orange Bergamot scent custom made and sent to me again this year, and as I received it and opened to smell it, it was a gift by the way, it had a terrible medicinal smell with no fragrance of orange or cinnamon. I wrote to the company on their email from the website asking what to do because it did not smell appealing or pleasant in anyway. The “production manager” her name may be Elizabeth, I can’t remember because all she did was yell at me the entire time on our phone call, proceeded to tell me that I could not get a refund all sales are final. I don’t even want a refund. I want them to redo the lotions. I’ll even send them back what they sent me so they can see they were wrong. So I called the store for her to tell me the same thing and that she made it herself. I told her it in no way had the same fragrance to it and she Argued with me incessantly and then told me I was harassing her when all I said was it doesn’t smell and if I could get in my car and drive six hours, I would let her compare the two Fragrances from last year and this year. I’m waiting for a callback from the store owner Steph, And I hope they make this right because I did nothing but promote their store since the day I stepped foot in it! However, my feelings have completely changed after that interaction!! I hope they make this right for this customer because No one should spend $60 on goods to be tossed in the trash that the company made incorrectly! They should stand by their name and products!

Great personal spa day! Loved the massage and care! Only thing I disliked was the bed weren’t heated plus the AC vent would blow on me with cold air on the first room.

Wonderful store with natural products, friendly staff, and a great spa! Daniel gave me one of the best massages I have had in a long time. My husband had Bethany and he said his was well done too. Highly recommend!
