RESELLERS BEWARE. I shop goodwill online for my inventory to resell. If I would ever send a box like this to any of my customers I would be out of business. This box was 95.00 and there wasn’t even 1 good piece that I would put online to sell and there is no way I can recover the money I spent on this box full of trash. It was shameful. There should have at least been a minimum of 10 good NAME BRAND items IN RESALE OR WEARABLE CONDITION out of 10 pounds of trash they sent to my home. Most items were junk jewelry Claire’s, no name or rusted & tarnished chicos not sellable items and junky paparazzi cheap earrings. Never never again.

I am Happy! To Say! I know longer shop at Goodwill. You have successfully priced the poor out and now cater to the middle and upper class. I have found an organization that happily takes my money and they have wonderful quality merchandise. I hope others follow suit and boycott Goodwill Industries.

Very disappointed with the price increases. Families are struggling and the owner of this company is worth over 10 million dollars! My local store has become a total mess and it is no longer fun to shop there anymore.

The goodwill in Cleveland is junkie they never have any thing .. I think the employees are taking advantage of all the good stuff.and leaving all the junk for the public..

I ordered a beautiful flatware set from them. Arrived today. Was so very impressed at how professionally it was wrapped and packaged , done with great care. Perfect shopping experience.... very impressed!
