Went to drop off some donations. The employee kept ranting about how I was parked at an angle by the curb and how I might get hit by people driving by- even though we weren't on the street but in a parking lot. The more I kept saying I was watching even though no one was driving by, the ruder and more disrespectful he became to both my son and me, even cursing. we just left without leaving all the items we had to drop off. We've shopped and donated to this store for many years. NEVER have we experienced anything like this. Shame on you Goodwill

The store suffers from its overpricing, disorganization, trashy, and lacking of customer service. My pictures show trash on the floor of one of many disorganized aisles. Customers were standing and waiting in line without employees bothering to stop their personal conversations to assist in cashiering orders. A buyer can see why such a large percentage of Goodwill employees fail to acquire employment elsewhere.

Stop giving us your copy and paste generic answers. I went into the Goodwill on 58 and prices have soared even higher. I did not make a purchase.
And, i see you have deleted my previous complaints of "Prices are too high" You are only catering to the middle to upper class. Stop it! (September 25th, 2024)
Well, well, well...prices are too high. I have quit shopping at Goodwill and have been giving all my business to thrift shops that still care about families in need. I watch Goodwill YouTube enthusiasts and they too are complaining about the high prices. Do you think Goodwill will take the hint and bring those prices back down? Do you think they will stop taking their best "Donations" and stop putting them on their "Highest Bid Wins" website? What do you think thrifty shoppers?

They recently changed how the whole store is priced. It used to be a set amount for all infants clothes, kids, T-shirts, pants, ECT.. and now everything is individually priced for 4X or more than the old prices. I used to be able to stock up on baby clothes at $1.29 each and half off the colored tag of the week. These are no longer thrift store prices. They had a kids backpack priced for $15.. Like others have stated, you find better deals at Walmart for brand new items.

I used to be able to buy a whole bag of clothes here for under $30 but the prices are seriously getting out of hand now. I used to love this Goodwill but it is simply too expensive to buy enough clothes to make the trip worth it.

You should not compete with other stores and their prices. You are not like other stores. Everything you receive is donated, you are a thrift store. I should not be able to go to Walmart and find clothing cheaper than I do at your location. If you are going to continue saying that you have to raise your prices to compete with stores around you then you should sell brand new items. The prices are really ridiculous for a thrift store.

They charge way too much for the clothes, considering they get everything for free. Walmart has cheaper prices on brand new clothes with no holes in it. They put the tags in places where it rips the fabric when you go to get it off. I was in there yesterday and they charged me $3 for some dollar store sun glasses then I got 2 pants and 5 tshirts for my 18 month old and 3 dresses for my 3 year old and they charged me $56, that's over $5 a piece for 2T and 3T clothes. I will not shop there again.

Very organized for a thrift store. Was disappointed in the high prices on plastic ware and utensils

No prices posted on clothing. Went to buy a men's t-shirt, and they tried to charge me $4.99. Yet the very next person in line paid $1.99 for a men's t-shirt. If I were considering coming to buy anything, I would reconsider.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years but have never seen it so well organized and clean. Walk in the door and see straight clean lines of clothes. Puts regular department stores to shame!! Found some treasures and very friendly staff. Keep up the good work Goodwill!! Love the music too! ?

Bought a toolbox that had tools already in it and they tried to accuse me of stealing. It is not my responsibility to check the whole thing before buying. I was the one that found the item in it right before leaving and I gave the tools back to the cashier but they still accused me.
