I had just purchased a used car and noticed a noise coming from the passenger side rear wheel. The mechanics at Goodyear service center found the problem immediately and came up with the best solution that would be the best and safest fix for my car. They also replaced my four tires with four new tires and realigned the vehicle. The service was timely, efficient, and the staff was very friendly and explained everything to me, which I appreciate. Walter Lopez, and everyone who I dealt with were fantastic!

I had a serious need to have extensive repairs to my vehicle due to an accident in the snow. My experience with the insurance company was a most tumultuous ordeal. Walter Lopez and his crew treated me with excellent customer care like none I've ever experienced. They made my problem their problem. I have shared my experience with Goodyear and Walter Lopez with my family, friends and associates. On a scale of 1-10 I rate Walter and his team a whopping 💯!!!!!! In the future I will go to Goodyear with my car needs and urge my family to do them same. Thankyou Goodyear for Walter López. Sincerely David johnson

Management changed and now they over charge. I was quoted over 5k for unnecessary repairs. Thankful I found a trustworthy guy who did the repairs for a few hundred dollars and told me most of the things they said needed to be fixed was false

I was having trouble finding a tire and Walter Lopez was amazing to work with my car had been at the Ford service station for 3 days and they told me it would be 3 more before they could get my tire . I drove across street to Goodyear and Walter found me a tire and had me in and out in an hour . He was very helpful

My appointment was at 1pm. They did not finish the .90 hour wheel bearing replacement for 4.5 hours. I was told I needed brake pad and rotor replacement. I was fully aware of this. I was there for a wheel bearing replacement only. So, after the task was completed; my brakes sounded much,much worse. I replaced my rotors and pads myself. After I finished that I still had a noise from the wheel well. The heat shield had been bent out towards the rotor to slightly touch. It is blatantly obvious this was done purposely. Any strikes to remove the wheel bearing or, rotor would have been in towards the vehicle and not away. This was done to attempt to force me letting them do my brake job. They thought I didn't know as much about cars as I do. I didn't think arguing the point would help so, I left did my brakes bent the heat shield back to not scrape the inside of the rotor. Shameful repair business practices and lack of ethics was well displayed with my experience.
