Seems like no matter what great clips I go to in Tennessee it is the dumbest policy in the world is to skip over somebody that has checked in online and sitting in the store then to take someone that walks in afterwards that’s on the list makes no sense whatsoever!!!!!

choppiest most uneven & hideous haircut ive ever gotten in my entire life. it’s genuinely atrocious no matter how I style it. it looks like my hair has been hacked at blindly with craft scissors. do not go here unless you want to ruin your self esteem

Always a great environment when I come to get a haircut and beard trim. The ladies know what they are doing and haven't messed my hair up once. Definitely recommend to anyone that lives in Hixson.

Staff was very friendly.. The station wasn't clean hair was left on station.. clippers and combs the towel on the station had hair all over it. I remember great clips keeping a clean salon and the stations clean. Not anymore this is the 2nd time I've experienced this. Have some pride in your work area and for sanitary reasons please clean as you go.

I came into great clips with long hair, hair that I’ve been growing out intentionally for a while. I sat down and informed the barber that I wanted to keep my hair quite long but clean the sides up for my ears. I provided an image of what I intended on getting and length I wanted removed (3 inches) I came in with 7 inches all around and left with 2 inches left up top and half an inch left on the sides and back. I informed the stylist during the process of what length I was comfortable with but they continued cutting down to a short crew cut I informed them this is not what I wanted and they insisted that it was like the image I had shown which was not. the image I provided was of a male with a lengthy perm which extended below the eyes and medium length on the back and sides. I came home shattered with my year and hair now ruined. I will not be visiting this Great Clips indefinitely.
