Great and affordable place to take your kid for a back -to- school haircut! They took their time making sure the kids were done well and looking good! Clean place too! Great products on their shelves for your hair care needs as well!

Staff was very friendly.. The station wasn't clean hair was left on station.. clippers and combs the towel on the station had hair all over it. I remember great clips keeping a clean salon and the stations clean. Not anymore this is the 2nd time I've experienced this. Have some pride in your work area and for sanitary reasons please clean as you go.

At approximately 9:00am on nov 16. I came in for a haircut and the manager Colleen asked the other co-worker is she could cut my hair. She immediately looked at me and rolled her eyes. She was in a very bad mood. I even tried to be extra friendly and start a conversation with her to ease things. She barely said 2 words to me. This lady cut my hair absolutely terribly. I’ve very upset about this and I demand this woman be fired. She has short blonde hair. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Very good experience. My hairdresser was fast but thorough and gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for. Online checkin worked well and I waited no longer than the online check in said I would.

I always get a good haircut from Kathy or Colleen. I've been coming to this location for years. I just wish the prices weren't as high as they are but they're high everywhere these days.

I came in for a haircut and went to check in. The lady that checked me in clearly didn’t want to be there. She had a bad attitude. I checked in and sat for a minute deciding whether or not I wanted to risk having my hair cut by someone that was having a bad day. I decided against it and politely asked her to remove me from waiting list, and left. This experience, combined with a previous bad hair cut from a different Great Clips, assures I’ll never be back to any of these salons in the future.

As soon as I come in I asked for my hair to be shampooed as well as cut but she said she couldn’t do it because the other coworker was cutting someone else’s hair and she couldn’t check anyone in if she was washing my hair. Keep in mind it was completely dead in there and nobody was waiting. Then she proceeded to insult me. She told me my hair looked badly damaged and I obviously don’t use heat protection on my hair. I didn’t ask for her opinion. I just wanted my hair cut. She was rude to say the least. I won’t be coming back.Services: Haircut

Kathy was really good at cutting my hair. She took her time and listened to want I wanted. If you are looking for a Great Clips to go to, this one by Publix in Hixson is the best!
