This is a bad place for a haircut I asked the woman for a low taper fade and curls on the top she cut it very short messed up and will never be coming back very disappointed

Unfortunately, our family is left without the hairdresser we have known for over 14 years. Carol Grady represented Great Clips and her profession to the highest level with each of my family members. She was the last of the original crew who was our requested stylist for our twins, me, and my father and mother. Gave it a try twice since December when Carol left, and something was missing on each try. Best wishes to Great Clips but we are going to drive a little further down East Brainerd to Jenkins Road and stay with Carol.

Carol Grady, a super cosmetologist, is no longer at Great Clips. This makes me so sad! She had cut my hair only a couple of times, but I was super impressed with her.She was professional, yet personable, and courteous. She gave me good advice on color and styling tips. She didn’t get scissor happy, just as I had asked! It looks as though she received super reviews from her other clientele also.I hope to be able to chase her down and follow her. She is a keeper for sure!

RE: Carol Grady @ Hurricane Creek Great Clips location on East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee.Within the last 30 days, my wife and I had a special occasion to come up. As Stylist Carol Grady has been cutting ourhair over a period of time, it was natural to call Great Clips for an appointment with Carol for my wife and I.Calling, I was stunned to find that she was no longer there. Saying I was stunned, is an understatement as I knowhow popular Carol is and how many customers she had asking for her and secondly knowing she had no plans for leaving or retiring.Your staff was very recalcitrate in giving us the circumstances for her leaving or any help on how we might contact her;After several days of trying to locate her, i finally found her on Face Book. Leaving my phone number at her site, she called melater that afternoon.When I finally spoke with Carol and she told us she was fired, I was complexly dumbfounded.Hearing this and knowing how many people requested her, you have made a very bad miscalculation. Carol had too many customersand obviously she was fired out of jealously of the people she worked with.My wife and I will never use Great Clips again and will certainly tell others of your very poor judgement.John A. I have tried using different people at you shop none would listen, them Carol came and she listened to me. She has cut my hair for years. I will use Carol as long as I can. This manager Mandy came in an had to be the loudest person in the shop if you said anything she just got louder. She also listened in on others conversations. The atmosphere in there shop has definitely changed since Mandy to charge.She instigates trouble and stirs the pot.

My boys are VERY picky when it comes to a hair cut. They absolutely love this place! Mandy and Violet are our go-tos and always do an amazing job. They are very welcoming and kind. I would recommend this Great Clips location to anyone. It’s the best!

I moved all three of my kids to this location for cuts specifically to see Mandy because she is the absolute best. My boys have completely different styles (a frat boy type side part and swoop with tight sides and the other with Thomas Rhett-inspired medium length with layers) and she nails it every time. She is always eager to check in with me, takes her time, and most importantly the boys always leave happy! It’s so nice to have a stylist for them who cares!!

I've gone to this great clips for years. I always had carol cut my hair. She's the only one there who has ever cut it correctly. I've always been greeted by her when I walk in the door and has always been nice to me and makes me feel important when I come in. Some of the other stylists are not as friendly.

One of the worst salons to go to do to management. The manager wears the same outfit every single day. She lets her employees run around in t-shirts and shorts. Mandy the store manager makes it a hostile work environment for people but then turns around and fires people when they say something to her about it. I wonder if they would like the pictures that I've taken of the co-workers doing things they shouldn't be doing when I come in there
