Ruined my whole trip to TN. Cut my hair WAY to short and went on to tell me it was my fault for telling her to cut it the way she did. I asked for long layers and curtain bangs she gave me a REALLY short wolf cut.

Melissa was great. My hair looks so much better I just googled location and was able to get cut when I walked in. I also got shampoo and conditioner

This Great Clips is a 5 Star. I bring my client here to get her hair trimmed, and the ladies are so friendly. They take special care of Martha and her hair. Martha has Dementia and with this horrible disease, she has to stay calm and not get confused. So when I say they take special care with Martha, I mean it. Thank you ladies for all you do!!!!!

Friendly staff and very quick. Just wanted my dead ends cut off, but I usually get worried to lose my length when it comes to trims. Melissa did exactly what I wanted and cut off what I was comfortable losing. Now my how looks much healthier!

Don’t go here if you want your hair washed with your cut! So gross to wash dirty hair that’s all kinked up from being in a bun. The 2 ladies were just sitting in chairs looking at their phones and laughing they’ were doing nothing. No one on wait list and no customers in store. They said it’s company policy to not wash hair when there is only one and one of them was getting off soon. I call this lazy and not professional. I understand companies have to have policies but look around and read the environment… Penny would have never let this happen… but it’s really gone down since Penny died… she ran a tight ship and the place was always packed. Not anymore! Now I see why. I’ll look else where too like it looks like so many others have done!
