Management is decent in customer service. The lady that got misgendered drives with no care for human life in the parking lot. How are you going to expect respect when you don't give it, not to mention it's actually illegal to handle your dangerous machine carelessly and selfishly. I see where the priorities are: lgbtq feelings first, human lives second. Obviously you wouldn't want to upset them, they might get triggered and run you over.

This isn't my usual store, but it was the closest one at the time. I wanted 1 thing & the app said limited amount at this store, they didn't have it. All other stores had it, but would've been closed by the time I made it. I also stood there waiting for employees to stop chatting for a few min, that coulda been the few min I needed to make it to a different store, but just felt like I was bothering them!

I usually love harbor freight for the amazing deals they have on tools. The item I needed was out of stock and the only one they had was the display which they refused to sell.
