Employee was more interested in his phone than in helping us to buy shoes. Asked for three different shoes and was told all were out of stock. Asked for him to bring out a few pairs of basketball shoes to try. He brought out one pair. Asked if this was the only option and his response was it was the first ones he saw. Again, I was interrupting his phone time. Never visiting this store again.

Worst customer experience I have had with any company. I won the raffle for the Retro 5, received a text saying to call the store to set an appointment to pick up, instead I go into the store in Hixson they said i had to do it online. Went to my application it said I forfeited my raffle! Why would I forfeit something I am trying to win? Makes no sense! Hunter gave me 800 number to call... all they did was try to figure out why it happen with no solution. Went back in the store their AGM does nothing, ask for store manager or DM says he is not giving me their number. Got him to get the store manager on the phone. Jason says he will get the DM to call me. No resolution still and the sneakers release on 6/20. Only company I have dealt with that avoids dealing with customer service and pushes the customer away.
