These guys are great! I’ve had my car washed several times here over the past couple of years and they always do an excellent job. You may have to wait a bit but it’s worth it. They have a consistent work team and their teamwork and attention to detail is unusual. Highly recommend.

Located along Hixson Pike, it's right next to a Shell gas station, and they share one of the entrances. There is room for maybe five vehicles near the building, but they also have a large side lot they do the actual detailing work in. Both times I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.

This was the second time I used Highland Hand Carwash, and for good reason, because my vehicle sits too low to the pavement to go into other car washes without getting hung up on their tracks! Both times I've used Highland Hand Carwash, they have provided me with excellent service. The people who work there are always cautious with my vehicle and extremely polite to me. Most important, the car always comes back to me super clean! All attendant's are polite and friendly. I always look forward to returning!

This place is a joke and my children could clean car's better than this place. I was charged over $100 for them to basically clean one spot. When I arrived and was telling the worker what I wanted done, he told me he did not think I needed all of those things done and he would do what he thinks needed to be done (which was obviously nothing). They had the car for over 24 hours and did nothing but clean on spot in the back of the car, poorly vacuum, and spray a fragrance over the stench I wanted them to get rid of. Dashboard still have build up dirt cup holder still sticky, sits are still dirty, doors was not touched at all. Very unprofessional and do not give customers what they ask for. Do not waste your money and time at this place.Services: Interior vacuuming

They're really thorough and handled my honda with a lot of care. I highly recommend coming here for a detail cleaning. I'm definitely coming back to get the outside washed and to keep up the maintenance for the interior. Amazing prices as well.
