Holy cow. Last few times we have done store pickup it has been so bad.
30+ minutes searching for items shipped to store.
Y'all need to figure that out because it is absurd.

When trying to contact customer service several times they simply don’t answer. Worst of all the receipt I was emailed doesn’t show on the line item what I bought so when the product was defective and I went to use my protection plan they told me to get I could get my money back. This place just doesn’t care about you all they want is their money like every other greedy corporation.

Cannot find a sales person to help find what I needed. Not as much of a selection for vanity lights like Lowes. Also prices are higher than Lowes.

The Home Depot is the Home Depot! It is what it is. Most times, they have what you need. Prices are competitive. I would say, on average, that the sraff is reasonably knowledgeable and helpful. Good to check online for instock items before you come. I do business here regularly and don't have many complaints.

They lost my order. It took 30 minutes to locate it. I must add that they were kind and very overwhelmed with the volume of customers when I was at the service desk. They really did everything possible to help me.

There is everything here. The only thing missing is that they sell animals hahaha but you get everything from a needle to trees. Good space, very friendly. A1

Absolutely horrible. We rented a box truck over a week ago. The NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE, they sent an EMAIL saying it was "out of stock"....ZERO PHONECALL....THE absolute worst service in the area. It would hv take 15 seconds for a manager to pick up a phone and call me to tell me it was canceled. We own 13 rentals and spend quite a bit of money at Home Depot....I just cut up our card. They won't get another dime from us.

I rented a Penske truck on Sept. 1. Detric was not very friendly to me or the customer ahead of me claiming that he wasn't a "morning person". He only has one more semester so that's good....good for him and good for Home Depot customer service.

Cannot get anyone on the phone to help. Keep getting put on hold and it just rings and rings and rings. Sunday 11:15 AM.
Poor customer service. Calling another store now. Guess I’ll drive a little further.

As a general contractor, and having a pro-account for over 25 years. I must say this is the worst store/location ever. We had a situation of an incorrect phone number for the pick up, but the credit card account belongs to the same company that owns the PRO-account has a company landline registered phone number and they did not wish to helped out by trying to call the company, instead they wanted to call a cell phone number that was incorrectly placed on the order and held my main employee for over 45 minutes. I tried speaking to the manager “JENNA” and she failed to speak directly with me. On the other hand Teresa the cashier register was just being stubborn and having her own story. If a cell phone number for someone picking up was miss entered there’s no reason why they can’t call the company directly who is registered as the owner of the account to fix the error. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this location and I am going to write an email directly to the Home Depot headquarters, this doesn’t end here!
