Each time I have visited this particular Home Depot, I have received assistance above and beyond the normal call of duty. Hats off to the staff at this store. Truly, a sincere thanks to all the employees there.

I received excellent service in the garden center yesterday. There were enough employees to help people and they seemed to enjoy being helpful. It was really a pleasure to shop there.

It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. Why sell a product, customer pays for shipping, only to have a delivery service asking the customer to meet them somewhere convenient ???

The store manager helped me when no one else could. He turned a not so good experience into a lot better of an experience. I will return based on the level of customer service he gave me. I was very pleased to say the least and I do recommend this store.

Sharon at the customer service desk is very rude. Me and my husband were trying to buy a tool chest at customer service and Hannah the associate who was ringing us up couldn't get the military discount to go through. Sharon walked over and said something about the tool chest was a special discount or something and the military discount wouldn't work. First of all the tool chest wasn't on sale and I have never had anything in the store that the military discount wouldn't work on. After I told her that she said in a very rude voice, "well you must have hit it on the right day." I am not sure what she meant by that but after that I asked for a manager, and she says again in a rude voice "she's over there" and walked away. Michelle the assistant manager came over and finally figured out how to give us the discount. I don't understand how you can work in customer service and have such a bad attitude. One thing I do know that if this is how they treat veterans this will be my last purchase at Home Depot.

Got ripped off on kitchen cabinets!! American Woodmark was supposed to be a good product and it is not. I was told the rep is on vacation. Ok fine does that mean business stops? Finally after a week another rep gets in touch with me. Ron's (the one not on vacation, American Woodmark rep) first words out of his mouth were "It's not my area." Ok awesome, we have an issue. My cabinet doors are pulling out. Ron finally came to see the products and immediately said "That is not a faulty product, that's your fault." Ron then went on vacation and ignored the situation. I've called and the only response I've received is "There's screws at the store." I've asked Home Depot and American Woodmark Corporate to reach out, I'm still waiting...

I went there this afternoon to find and extension for my power washer. Not knowing what isle to go , I ended up searching the entire store. I must have walked past 10 or more employees more than once while trying to find this item. Not one of them acknowledged me to ask me if I needed help or even just to say hello. ( and no , one were busy .. just standing around or walking around ) when I did approach a few , they acted like I didn't exist and turned to walk the other

Ordered a refrigerator from this location and the delivery was totally botched. The delivery people gave us misinformation and the item and left then refused to bring it back. I've had produce spoil and they've told me it would be days till my refrigerator will get here. So upset and Home Depot says their hands are tied. I just want my refrigerator that I paid a lot of money for in my home! I'll never buy another major appliance from a Home Depot again!

I was on the phone with these people for almost half an hour and never spoke with anyone either in the department I was looking for or someone who knew anything about renting a pressure washer. If you're in the market to rent, try Action Rental. They aren't great about getting you information either, but they'll at least respond once in a while. Also, it's pretty telling when a store ONLY responds to positive feedback. Come on, guys.

I've been searching for these colorful curly tomato steaks. So I called ahead because this store is far from my house and the gentleman in the garden department said "I'm looking right at them we just got a shipment in" and I said "can you put a couple up for me " and then he said "oh there's no need we have so many ". So I drove all the way out here and what do you know?! No colorful curly tomato steaks. Why on earth!? And then of course I was offered Nothing for the inconvenience that this store caused me and I'm a Home Depot Credit card holder. This store impartiality has awful costumer services .

Bought a gas range. Took two weeks for delivery, after delivery it sat in our dining for three days because the delivery guys said that they couldn't get through the kitchen door and that a GE repairman would need to come remover the door of the stove to get it in. Called after three days to see when this would happen. Finally got the same delivery co to come install after five days of sitting in the dining room.
