Very busy store. Great sales staff. Everyone is so helpful. You can tell a lot about a place by the smiles their employees wear. They have a bunch of music shirts from the 60s to today.

My daughter has recently got into hot topic. This was our first time in this specific store. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. They helped us find what she wanted and helped get clothes down that were hanging up high on the walls. They were all just so nice here.

This place absolutely reeks of B.O. and marijuana every time we try to shop here. My daughter and I used to love coming in here and looking at all the band tees and accessories, but now we can't stand to be in here for more than five minutes. Not sure if it's the people or something in the AC vents, but something needs fixed. A small box fan is not going to cut it.

They had a great selection of new merchandise and regular selections. The staff was very helpful and there was a good sale taking place. The size selections for most all items was very good.

I was searching for a highly sought after item (it was a hair clip ?). She went in the back to check boxes they got in. She looked to see what shipments they were getting in tomorrow and confirmed no hair accessories. She also called 2 of the other closest stores to check just in case even though it showed out if stock online!! They didn't have any, but the thought and effort was amazing. She Even took my name and number just in case she comes across them.

Went in there to order a t-shirt. A girl was really nice. They've definitely made it more roomy in there since the last time I was in there. Definitely a lot easier for someone in a wheelchair to get around. It's not perfect but it's a lot better than it was
