Always fast and easy .. How could you go wrong with an added protection fee that covers you in case something happens later down the road. Be smart ? and use HR block as I have for years .. and I will use them for years to come!

On 3/23/2023 I went to H&R Block to get my brothers' tax done for 2022. He passed away 2/28/2023 and I am the executor of his estate. The Block tax agent charged me $139 to do his taxes. One week later she told me that there was a mistake on my tax form (reporting me as the one that passed away and not my brother). I didn't catch the mistake at the time and I had no opportunity to do so!) I have been told numerous times and made promises to correct the error to no avail. There is to be a return but I am wondering when that will occur if ever.Because of the response of the owner I will follow through with calling the number he provided. I want this all to be done with and if they in fact help me with the problem I will revise the stars I had given them.

I met with Doreen Miller today at the Brainerd office in Chattanooga. She was wonderful to sit down with and have a personable conversation while she took care of my taxes. She explained the entire process in detail and answered every question I had. I will not hesitate to contact her next year when I file.
