Well my original experience was really good, Elijah did a great job but I had some additional questions so I was supposed to have an appointment today via phone and he just cancelled it without calling me or telling me no one told me, that's way unprofessional and I don't appreciate it!

I had been here a few years ago and had a great experience, I can't say the same about this time. I had to reschedule my appointment from Saturday to Wednesday. I failed to confirm my appointment, so instead of calling to make it clear that that was necessary to secure the spot I had booked, they double scheduled the Tax Specialist for another client at the same time. So when I got there, I was basically told that I had to wait an hour if I wanted to be seen. As someone who suffers from social anxiety, I felt extremely uncomfortable, and I felt that this was very unprofessional. I ended up leaving because it was clear that an assumption was made about me before I even showed up. I understand my own mistake here, but double booking two clients at the same time because someone *assumed* I wouldn't show up, that's a new one.
