If I could give no stars I absolutely would. We waited for idk how long while the waiter watched us standing there. She continued her conversation. I assumed she waited on us to walk out the door, after waiting to be seated for so long. The service was horrible, the food order was wrong. The waiter for the night was yelling at the cooks. We will NEVER and I mean never return to ihop.

Ok, so the past two times I ate at IHOP in Hixson my food was top notch perfect. The reason I gave this place 2 stars is because a certain person that serves there in the morning who is very friendly and does their job very well but none of that matters when you have absolutely terrible hygiene. Why has management not addressed this issue? We all know who I'm talking about. I mean I won't be going back until this issue is resolved. Nobody should have to smell that type of stank first thing in the morning when you're trying to enjoy breakfast. When you order your food and then the server walks away to put the order in, but the funky stank is still lingering around my face for a few minutes after, that's ridiculous. I couldn't finish my food even though the food was fantastic. If you work around food and deal with the public PLEASE take a shower, with soap and a wash cloth, use some type of deodorant, brush your teeth. Maybe this person might have a rare allergy to water, maybe it's a religious thing. Who knows? All I know is if you don't like taking showers and enjoy smelling like rotting onions , spoiled milk, tuna a**, with boiled eggs. PLEASE for the sake of everyone's noses. Stay home! Put some car air fresheners in your pocket. Something! Just don't make your co workers or customers have to suffer because of your horrible hygiene.

The server was rude and didn't take care of our table. We said we weren't going to go back 6 months ago when we had the same server. But we tried again. We won't be back. She served us food that was not edible and knew it wasn't edible when she set it down. Then when I told her we weren't paying for my husband's food, she was talking about him at the point of sale machine. When she came back to the table, I showed her that the food was inedible. You couldn't cut the Pancakes with a knife and my hadhbrowns were burnt.

The worst experience I've ever had at an ihop. Fortunately it's just this location.

Disappointing. I ordered crepes with berries and supposedly filled with ricotta cheese. The crepes were tough and they were filled with a thin string of ricotta cheese kind of the size of toothpaste as it comes out the tube only a lesser amount than that! I addressed the issues with our wait person and was told that before 4:00 pm the cook had to go exactly by the recipe, but that after 4 he could do it "his way". And she didn't bother to explain why the crepes were so tough. I won't be back.

nasty as hell. the cooks don’t wear gloves at all and the servers touch the food on the plate with their bare hands. and the general manager Katherine always has an attitude with her employees for no reason. would give it a zero star but i can’t so i give it a one.

It’s been years since I’ve been to an IHOP and I was impressed with the menu options. Far beyond a pancake house, there are many options for healthier eating with fresh ingredients. I opted for the Plant Based Impossible sausage Power Combo which had two cage free scrambled egg whites, two Impossible sausage patties, fresh fruit and two protein Powder pancakes. It is a hearty breakfast for 760 calories. The pancakes are made with chia seeds, oats, barley, and rye, have a dense texture, and are very good. They have an excellent senior menu for $8.99. Very good handicapped parking and exceptionally clean. We paid $31.19 plus tip for a senior breakfast plate, the Impossible sausage power combo and two coffees.
