I bought a used ford edge from them just a few weeks ago. The salesman I had, Desmond Law, was amazing, but ever since I went into the finance office it has been horrible. At first they tell me that a warranty will add $130 to my monthly payment. After getting that figured out I called to get the windshield wipers fixed because they were working and they told me that i needed a water pump which has nothing to do with windshield wipers. They asked me to bring it in again and told me no way anyone said that and looked at it again. They then told me that since it was a ford it would take longer to get parts but they could definitely fix it and to bring it in next week. After I wasted a trip there they told me since it was a ford they couldn't do any main line maintenance on it and that I would need to take it to a ford dealership. Overall they tried to screw me over with the warranty on a car they can't even work on. Don't recommend Integrity GMC to anyone

After finalizing the lease for a 2025 Lyriq with the Finance Manager, I was escorted to the vehicle by the salesman, only to be informed that the driver's door was malfunctioning and required repairs--an issue that was never disclosed prior to signing the agreement. I was able to drive the car for only two days before it was taken in for service, where it has now remained for eight consecutive days without a resolution. The dealership has been unable to determine how to fix the problem, leaving me feeling misled and deceived by the entire process. Integrity is anything but.

On Saturday, March 15; I was on my way from NC (where I live) to Chattanooga, TN for some time away. Twice during the trip, I felt a lot of shaking. When I got to the town of Cleveland, TN - the shaking was so bad and I could smell something inside the vehicle, so I stopped. The smell of brake dust immediately hit me in the face when I exited the vehicle. I discovered that it was the right front tire, I placed the back of my hand on the wheel - it was very hot to the touch. I called AAA to get the vehicle to a dealer in Chattanooga, TN - Integrity Cadillac is what came up in a Google search to dealers. Saturday evening and all day Sunday, it was parked in a lot across the street from the dealer as they keep their gates locked up after-hours. On Monday morning, I gave them the keys and the vehicle and reported what I observed during my journey on Saturday. By Monday afternoon, they called and said it was ready for pick-up. They claim they found "nothing wrong" and charged me $229.00 for diagnostics. The service advisor said that it was taken on a "long" test drive. In reality, it was 6.4 miles based on the trip odometer, which is not a long drive in my opinion. Although I disagreed with their assessment, I picked-up my vehicle and drove it home. It had similar issues on the return trip, but without as much heat on the wheel. When I returned to NC, the next day, I took it to my local dealer, the technician drove it and immediately knew there were issues. He heard a bearing making noise and discovered that the brake pads on the right front wheel were cracked and that it need calipers and rotors. The dealer in Chattanooga sent me down the road to make a 300 mile trip on a vehicle that potentially wasn't safe to drive since it had a compromised braking system. I tried to speak with the General Manager, but the dealer's receptionist said that he was out of town and that I should contact GM directly. In addition to contacting GM, I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint. Integrity's response to both GM & the BBB were similiar: While we understand the customer's concern and frustration, our method of operation traditionally has been to only repair mechanical issues that we can duplicate rather than assume the vehicle needs certain repairs. Our repair order details that we road tested the vehicle and inspected the condition of the braking system while it was in our posession. No codes were present in the modules. We noted heat spots/cracking on the brake pads but the pad thickness was still within GM specs for safety and pad life. The brake fluid looked clean and passed inspection as well. No evidence of burnt fluid. We charged the customer 1 hour for diagnostic time and let them continue their trip. In my honest opinion - they never removed the tire to properly examine the brakes. Check Engine lights do not report brake issues, a simple Google search reveals that, even to the uneducated driver. Furthermore, there are locking lug nuts on my vehicle. The dealer never called to ask me where the key was hidden and nothing was out of place from its hiding place, which validates my opinion on the lack of tire removal. If you choose to use this dealer, I respect your decision. From my own personal experience and in my opinion - I would not trust this dealer to work on anything I own. I don't not recommend them to anyone. Good luck

I have always had great experiences at Integrity. Whether buying, leasing or having service done, everything has been first class and professional. This family owned business is an asset for the Chattanooga community. I recommend Integrity Buick GMC and Cadillac (along with their sister companies Integrity Chevrolet and Integrity Mazda without hesitation.

We bought our first Buick from Jacob Stanley 5 years ago and yesterday we bought our second! He's now the Sales Manager but he took great care of us and had Jason facilitate our sale. This time we drove all the way from Atlanta to buy our car! They offer the best deal and a straight forward "no BS" car buying experience. If you ask for an out-the-door price, they'll give it to you. No "come in and we'll talk." Which is SO appreciated. Buying a car can be such a frustrating, time consuming, stressful thing but not with Integrity. It's all in the name. They do honest, good business -- Which is hard to find in the car world! We'll be back!!

slowest service department ever been too. Did not have right parts for my GM vehicle so had to go to Chevy and use their parts. spent over 5 hours to get a tire rotation. not to mention faulty diagnostic on check engine light I spent $500 on to fix. then find out didn't have to spend any money at all to fix.

Do not go here if you’re in need of repairs. My car sat in their shop for 2 months just for them to charge me $1,500 and give it back to me in the exact same condition as I had left it. They claimed they fixed a rattling issue I had every time I’d accelerate, (which included them “test driving” it) yet it took me 1 minute of driving down the road to figure out they hadn’t fixed it at all. They also could not find me a new key fob (mine was busted) despite my car being there for as long as it had been which makes me question how much they were even trying to do so. This service was terrible and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had during car repairs. I basically payed $1,500 for a car wash.

Trying to get someone to call you back is almost impossible or even answer the phone for that matter ignoring my husbands calls we have had the worst experience ever a simple phone call back to give us a update on what is going on with our vehicle would be nice

Trying to get someone on the phone with any information about your captive vehicle is like trying to win a rigged carnival game.
I’ve taken my ats here 2 times and both times have been rough to say the least.
I have also experienced the issue of being ignored on my main number unless I call from a different one. They put you on hold to “get you in touch with your advisor” and then you sit there for 15 minutes just to hear someone audibly pick up the phone, mumble something and then put you back on hold.

I purchased a 2017 cadillac escalade from Integrity. I thought that the DVD player was a finger swipe. It turned out to be a light up eject button but the DVD switch was faulty. I bought the extended warranty but it doesn't kick in for 30 days. I called my salesman, Kenny Louis, and he paid for the repairs out of pocket. This is going the extra mile I'm my book and I would definitely buy from Integrity Cadillac again. The sales and service staff went above and beyond to make this right

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Especially after the debacle with a local Cadillac dealer in Charlotte. Such an easy process. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
