WOW. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE First thing I noticed when I moved into the apartment complex next door was that there is trash dumped all along the fence line of the creek that runs behind our complex it is a protected ecosystem. I tried not to go in there unless I had no choice based solely on my suspicion that they are polluting the water ways of our scenic city. ( I will say his wife was nice the first time I went in there.) then I made the huge mistake of going in there one day I spent almost 20.00 but when I got to my car I didn't have a 3.00 candy bar that I bought for my daughter to take to work. I called him he was pretty rude but I thought he doesn't understand I'll go by and talk to him. That was an even Bigger mistake. I tried to explain what happened, the owner was very rude he said,"let's look at the video." I couldn't believe it! no matter what happened to the damn candy bar, I didn't get it. What a j**** So I stood there waiting for him to PULL UP VIDEO OF THE MISSING CANDY BAR and he says I have to take care of customers, I said dude I'm a customer this is the worst customer service ever!" He yelled at me,"go ahead and take the candy bar then don't come back! I was humiliated. It gets worse. A few weeks later my BLACK daughter went in there. I told her about what happened I guess she forgot she needed gas to get to work. THIS HORRIBLE MAN VERBALLY ASSAULTED MY 17 year old daughter yelling at her that she was not allowed in there because I STOLE A CANDY BAR!!!!!!!! Trash person!!!! You think you can accuse people of stealing when they didn't??!!! I told him I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DAMN CANDY BAR MAYBE I LOST IT ON MY WAY OUT THE DOOR THAT IS NOT STEALING!!! in conclusion I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAS STATION! There are plenty of other stores around that know how to treat a customer. Tobacco needs or just a coke try: ALI's TOBACCO AND MART ON THE CORNER OF E. BRAINERD AND GUNBARREL WHAT A CHARMING AND KIND MAN ALI IS HE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT HIS CUSTOMERS!!!!

The owner decided he wanted to cash in on the JUUL controversy. Convenient to my home, I had been stopping by there for almost a year, and he was very nice. Then he started overcharging for JUUL pods. Today he demand $34.99 for a four-pack that costs $15-17 just up and down E. Brainerd. When I said, "That's asinine," he said, "Never come back to my store Mother Fu*cker!" Seriously! No problem. I'll never be back. I suggest you do not either.

So today I just witnessed the store manager emptying the garbage from the cans at the pumps. He carried full bags of garbage to the side of the store and tossed them over the retaining wall at the edge of the store property. I stepped over to the wall to see where the garbage went, he’s been throwing garbage into the waterway/creek beside the store. I won’t patronize this store again. I have turned the information over to the City of Chattanooga to investigate.

Great neighborhood store. Mike is the nicest guy. I love their breakfast biscuits. The chicken biscuit is one of the best I’ve ever had.
