New glasses. I told the technician the bifocal line was in the wrong place. She didn't listen, even though I told her she was going to have to remake the lenses. Im still waiting for my new lenses. I have not been able to use my new glasses for the past 2 weeks, which is frustrating as the whole issue could have been avoided.

Dr Sparkman and his staff have taken care of my eyes for more than 10 yrs now.
Excellent customer service, very thorough, and they’ve never had a problem with my insurance!

Eye exams are ok but if you want glasses there not to swift on there taking care of this department since Jeff got fired from there it's like going in a places d no on soesks your language and can ot get any information are courtesy calls letting you know why it's taking weeks for your prescription to be filled...
