We had a clean, non-smoking room, with a fridge, a tv and bathroom inside. I would stay there again. The picture is showing the view from the parking lot.

It is a older motel but very nice. They have smoking & non-smoking rooms. This was our third motel to stay in the area. Out of the 3 It had the best shower pressure, coldest refrigerator, & to us the best sleep experience. It has a pool that looked clean. The staff is very nice & accommodating. We definitely will be staying here again if we are in the area.

We had such a lovely stop at this motel on our way from Canada to the Smoky Mountains. Though not brand new, the place is very clean, cozy, and well-kept. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.
The highlight was the host—so warm and helpful, making our stay extra smooth. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views. For the price, it’s a fantastic deal. Skip the overpriced hotels—this place offers real value and genuine hospitality.

The new ownership at Knights Inn has really turned things around! The improvements are noticeable—from the cleaner rooms to the more professional and welcoming staff. Everything felt more organized and well-maintained. It’s clear the new management truly cares about guest experience. Great value for the price, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was the worst place we have ever stayed!The lady checking us in was not nice and the room looked like something out of a horror movie.We had trouble with everything,the TV kept acting up and when she came to look at it told us to just slap it to make it work.The washcloths were suppose to be clean but had bad stains on them and worn places.We walked around the parking lot and saw things washed down from the road above that is too gross to post.The whole place was just dirty,but we were tired and just wanted a place to stay.They only wanted a cash deposit of 50.00 that we got back at checkout.The person at the desk when we checked out did not want to check the room like they were suppose to do and then stapled our money we got back to the receipt. I hope this tells other people don't stay there!

do NOT recommend, several of our group members woke up with multiple bug bites; owners were shown the bites and simply replied with “we don’t have bugs”….NEVER again.Rooms: Dirty room, hair all in the bathroom floor, multiple blood stains (tiny spots) on the bed sheets, and the room smelled musty.

We didn't get bed bugs, but I wouldn't stay again or recommend. Price was over double as advertised and required an additional $50 cash deposit for non-smoking. The room had a strong chemical smell as was obviously smoked in previously. Outdated and a bit grimy, hairs around, a little mold in bathroom corners, that sort of thing. Weird toilet noises. We didn't bother trying to shower. No hot breakfast, just some honeybuns and a coffee dispenser. Juice milk etc were all out of order.

Turn on a light in the bathroom and roaches go running! Sheets were old and stained, same with pillows and pillow cases. TV screen was tiny and horrible picture, kept jumping channels. We booked it at one price and when we checked in, price went up $15.00/night. Old, dang smell and do not recommend.

For a cheap room, it's one of the better hotels. Much cheaper than surrounding hotels, but rooms are what you would expect for a two star. Showers were clean, no bugs, but tv is small and signal kept fading in and
