Kohls is always a great place to shop. It's a must to have a Kohls charge card to take advantage of the savings. Great place for back to school shopping. Coupons and Kohls cash is a plus. Lots of brand names like Nike and Adidas.

The only thing I have done at my local Kohl's is to drop off returns to Amazon. But they are there ready to take care of the returns. Every return has been successful. And each time they print out a generous coupon that is good for several days. Lots of parking and very nice people

Horrid customer service.
Incorrect credit card transactions that are a pain to reverse.
No exchange of clothes because of ancient software running on their terminals.
Never again am I setting foot inside one of these. What a complete waste of time.
