I want to be really clear about this review: when I say that I have always been a hard stick, that is a massive understatement! During my open-heart surgery at Memorial Hospital, the IV team had to come in for every blood draw, because the people drawing blood multiple times a day could never hit my veins. But they still tried, and it was always anxiety inducing, and filled with tears. I've been a hard stick for the last 15 years. There's not been one other labcorp, at any hospital, or any location, that has been able to draw my blood with such ease and professionalism and patience. The women at this LabCorp, our hands down the best.! And I will go nowhere else as long as I am in within an hour or so of this location. Today it was Sam who I had the pleasure of working with. Thank you.

Horrible experience this morning. The lady at the front desk was clearly more interested in chatting with her coworker than with helping me. I stood there waiting for 20 min while she ignored me and went on and on about her holiday plans and her weighted blanket and all sorts of other mindless chatter.Eventually her coworker pointed out that a line was forming at the window. She then turned and told me that they didn’t have the right form from my dr and I would have to come back. She had apparently checked this when I first walked up and told her my name, but she didn’t bother to tell me.

Arrived 20 minutes early and I was in and out before the time of my scheduled appointment, with no parking fee. The staff was courteous and my blood draw was easy.

I go to this lab because I am an extremely difficult stick. I know that the wait can be long but it is worth it to me because the techs there can always draw blood. Also I use the word techs loosely because there is usually only one back there. People fail to see how hard she works to get to everybody and that she really is doing her best. Sometimes when someone above her sees she is drowning, they will send help but lab corp needs to hire more people or pay people what they are worth to keep them. Labs are vital and essential to every medical procedure and drs office. Thank you for showing up even when people dump all over you.

Left my doctors office in the medical mall after a late appointment with an order for a blood draw. I was told to go downstairs to see Lab Corp. Got there at 4:50pm and it was already closed. The signs say it is supposed to be open until 5pm. The entire office was dark and locked up and the kiosk was closed. Very poor customer service. They can’t even stay open during their listed hours.

My Dr's office sent labs here by mistake. I asked Lapcorp to note my account with "do not process labs" because my insurance doesn't cover labs here and the out of pocket cost were too much. They refused to do this very simple thing that would prevent this from happening again. I am not happy. Only reason to refuse my request, is so they can take advantage of this happening again. I will not pay LabCorp a dime and I will cost them more than my labs cost them, on top of what I've already cost them to run the labs. You will earn a negative profit from me. Bad business practices and customer service cost $. I work in the medical field and know that this balance isn't worth sending to collections. It will cost half what my bill is to send the account to a collection agency and you will only get 50% of what I owe, IF I pay. Since I won't pay, you will have lost even more money. I am a very angry customer who was refused a very rational and logical solution to an easily fixable problem.

Absurd wait time. Patients waiting in the hallways. Understaffed. If you can’t fulfill the contract and provide adequate service then Erlanger needs to find a new lab.

Inside the Erlanger Medical Building. Park in the visitors garage and from the foot bridge in the 1st floor, walk straight down and then turn left.The lady working was super friendly. She had me in and out in no time. Not to mention getting the blood drawn was quick and painless (I’ve had my fair share of bad pokes and disgruntled nurses).
