30 minutes after my appointment time they told me they were unable to do one of my lab tests. Went to Quest Labs as a walk-in appointment and was seen in 10 minutes.

Making the appointment was very easy. Check in was easy and convenient. No more than a five minute wait. All seemed to go well until my arm began to hurt, and a hematoma formed at the site where blood was drawn. It’s two days later, and my arm is in pain from my elbow to my shoulder. Hopefully it will be better soon.

Long wait just to get a test to complete at home but they did not include specimen clues to collect so have to go back again.

They don’t have enough workers and they work under pressure so for sure they going to treat patients like 0000 I hope they find a better way and more workers

Labcorp on Gunbarrel Road is in one of the Erlager medical buildings. It is clean and efficiently operated. The blood draw was painless and the staff was very nice. Great experience over all.

Were told incorrect directions by the staff here to pick up papers for my mother's blood work. We were told to make it back by 4:35 (she had already gone inside to check in, etc). She was upstairs with the correct paperwork by 4:29 - even with the wrong directions that we were told by staff - and they turned her away. We drove from Dalton, GA and were treated terribly here. Not to mention she didn't get her important blood work done. Take your business elsewhere, they were unprofessional and rude.

Waited 15 minutes before someone was available at the front desk to check me in. Was then sent to a kiosk to check in at, and the kiosk didn’t work. I tried to call ahead to make an appointment, but no one answered after multiple calls. I then tried to make an appointment online, but the system didn’t work. I asked the staff member at the desk if she could make an appointment for me since the wait was so long, and she told me to make one online even after I told her it didn’t work. The staff was apologetic and were clearly annoyed their systems were malfunctioning, but still very frustrating for a client.

Actually I was very concerned before I can to this location because I saw the low review rate but I really did not have time to go to Downtown location. So, I tried with some fear that I did not want to star my day with bad mood especially when I kept myself fasted for the blood test.But the facility is clean and staff(Tifny and the tech) were so kind. Thank you for your effort to accommodate your guest with kindness. Keep doing well~~!

I drove a long way to get blood work drawn. They wouldn’t draw my labs because I refused to let them put a $200 hold on my credit card even though I have private insurance that covers all of my lab work. These labs would’ve have cost me about $16 out of pocket. No way am I allowing them to put a hold on my card.

My Dr's office sent labs here by mistake. I asked Lapcorp to note my account with "do not process labs" because my insurance doesn't cover labs here and the out of pocket cost were too much. They refused to do this very simple thing that would prevent this from happening again. I am not happy. Only reason to refuse my request, is so they can take advantage of this happening again. I will not pay LabCorp a dime and I will cost them more than my labs cost them, on top of what I've already cost them to run the labs. You will earn a negative profit from me. Bad business practices and customer service cost $. I work in the medical field and know that this balance isn't worth sending to collections. It will cost half what my bill is to send the account to a collection agency and you will only get 50% of what I owe, IF I pay. Since I won't pay, you will have lost even more money. I am a very angry customer who was refused a very rational and logical solution to an easily fixable problem.

The staff is great, the website shows the wrong hours,and billing is frustrating. Too bad the company isn't as friendly and professional as the local employees.

My first appointment here, I made online and was during the beginning of Covid. There was no one in the lobby but me. They were very nice and courteous. The phlebotomist was talkative and funny. Very nice visit.My second visit was a bit different. The lobby was very busy, but there were still seats available. I didn’t have to wait very long though. The staff was still kind and upbeat. I believe I even had the same phlebotomist. She is very funny.Im not sure why this rating is so low. With this company I have not had a bad experience at the lab or when calling billing.Some of the customers may just be mad in general or that they owe them. Regardless, that should not reflect the professionalism and kindness of this company.

I've been going to this lab for regular bloodwork for a long time. Once my bloodwork got lost for a very critical draw. The ladies were so nice and went out of their way to help me resolve it. Tiffany in particular is the absolute best, she has become personally invested in my situation and all the ladies are so patient with my 2 yr old who has to come with me most of the time. Even when they are short staffed and the wait is longer they go out of their way and treat everyone so well!

Showed up shortly after opening. Easy check in. Quick in and out. Extremely friendly, skilled, and helpful staff. Just wish there was a location in North GA so I didn't have to travel as far.

I didn't have to wait long at all, and I liked that the check in was a kiosk; that made it easy, plus reduced my contact with people. Staff that I saw wore masks diligently and appropriately. My results were to my doctor within 24 hours.
