Awesome, they got my issue taken care of. They are always nice and friendly. I've never had any problems with the staff or managers. Always very helpful and very friendly and very focused on your needs. Just not happy with the price going up every 6 months.

Once upon a time a weary adventurer, currently between castles, needed a place to store his treasure hoard. He searched high and low but couldn't find a stronghold that didn't look as though it had already been invaded one too many times and the owner had just given up on the whole storing treasure thing altogether.
Just as the adventurer was about to give up, he spotted a glint on a nearby hill. A mounted man in splendid armor, freshly polished, with a standard bearing a giant key.
"Come" he said, "I have a place".
Sir Justin showed the adventurer a cave unlike any caves he had previously stored his belongings. One that a passing dragon could fly through with room to spare. Well maintained and clean with a keen eye for security. The adventurer was pleased, and much lighter for not having to carry so many goods.
TLDR - Justin and Payton are fantastic. The facility is top notch. Would deposit treasures again.

Super easy to reserve a storage or parking spot online. Simple just to show up and be ready to go in. When I did get there, I asked about getting a different parking spot than the one I was assigned and she was super friendly and more than willing to help out. Have used many storage facilities before and this has been the best and easiest. Only upset that I did not remember her name to thank her specifically.
