They jacked our rates up by $100 in less than 2 months. Went from $200 to $300 awfully quick. That's highway robbery in my opinion.

I met with Christina this afternoon at Life Storage to arrange for a rental unit in anticipation of my move to the Chattanooga area. She was so helpful and professional! I was very impressed with the drive in climate control facility and know that the movers will appreciate being cool while they are unloading the moving truck! I am happy I found this storage facility!

Life storage on Hixson Pike is absolutely amazing. The customer service there is second to none. Chelsea went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. They made me feel like family and I felt like I was at home. I recommend everyone go see Chelsea at Life storage on Hixson Pike. Absolutely the best storage place you'll ever go to.

Wesley made a potentially stressful experience very easy . He was VERY helpful from the first call I made to the facility. I had questions a couple times before we moved in, he answered them accurately and explained everything so I could get what we needed.I made a great choice choosing this storage facility, and you should too!! Units were clean and ready for move in when we arrived. Wonderful!!!

Jake and staff at the Hixson Pike location were nothing but top notch my two years with them. Site was always clean, well lit, and secure. My boat had no issues being stored in their lot for the duration of my stay. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

DONT store your stuff here! Had my $32k Harley in here for almost a year, the company was bought out by my another company, my Harley was ruined by a rodent to the point wires need replaced and paint needs redone. We had more stuff ruined. A $200 gamer chair $300 worth of shelves entertainment center. The insurance if a rodent ruins your stuff is only $400. Don’t give this place your business U-Haul is way better didn’t seem like it but I had zero rodent problems at U-Haul…
