We needed a storage unit the same I contacted Life Storage and Chris was very patient. He explained all options, and gave 1:1 attention throughout the entire process. The units he showed were all very clean!! The rental fee is also very affordable.

I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very understanding about me relocating to Chattanooga and my personal situation on why I was needing a small unit at that location he walked me threw the process explained everything in full detail answered all my questions since this is my first storage ever. Didn't hide no fees. Wonderful experience I would rate 10 stars ? if I could. Will be moving my stuff tomorrow to my storage. Thank you for your wonderful staff. And would highly recommend them....
