I can't say enough good things about this store. First of all the staff has been exceptional in helping me get everything I need for my renovations and Patrick in flooring went way above and beyond when I needed some extra services and products for my flooring installation. He and the management team went out of their way to make it happen. Great job Lowe's you have a very loyal and repeat customer

Store is normally great at customer service but after sending my son-in-law to return a wrong and unopened part in to no success I feel like a line was drawn. Extremely rude during the process and I hate to say it but I feel the process was problematic cause he’s brown. Hopefully I’m wrong but my gut is telling me I’m not

Allee in the paint department was incredibly helpful! She’s extremely knowledgeable about stains and polyurethanes, and even took the time to help us test a few options. Her expertise and friendly attitude made the whole process so much easier.

Remembered why I don’t like shopping here. They hire Karen’s now! A dog brushes your leg and you lose your shit?!? Maybe go home and not come back. Brunette working the tool department.

Kristen is not friendly! I asked her if she could page someone in appliances. I stood there for about 3-5 mins no one came. Then I was trying to tell her no one came…she was walking down the aisle and turned abruptly and said “They are coming baby” very rude like I was bothering her. I don’t know if I’ll recommend this Lowe’s.

Almost $5,000 for a patio door and here we are six months in and two doors later and it doesn’t open/close. I’ve had patience and tried resolution.
Horrible communication and lack of concern to make it right. Go elsewhere.
You responding to me to call customer service? Really?? You don’t think I’ve done that through this entire process multiple
times???

I shopped at Lowe's to get all my appliances that I need. I have bought a refrigerator there I have bought a washer machine there. I am soon to buy a dishwasher there.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean. My husband always sends me for obscure plumbing parts, electrical parts, hardware, etc. It's sometimes hard to find someone to help me, but it has gotten better. Great selection of appliances, plants, lights and more.
