I'm very unsure of how to give a star rating for this store! I was trying to make a purchase ....tried to find an employees in the area .....went to service desk......waited........went back to service desk......waited !!!! Finally found Bruce in appliances who helped me !!!! THANK YOU Bruce!!!!! Finally made my purchase after almost an hour of trying to find help!

I love this store, the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. My last purchase was a few appliances and Fenil Patel was very helpful and kind, helping me decide what would best fit our needs.

Great friendly customer service & P.R. (has organic diatomaceous earth, was looking for food-grade), helped me findout where i could find food-grade diatomaceous earth, he definitely deserves a raise & bonus (great person to hire).

I can always find what I'm looking for there and more. Was looking everywhere for a cute little plant stand and also found my favorite plant. On the way out I remembered I needed to have keys made. Love the do it yourself key machine.

Lowes has changed policy! RECENTLY!1)You Get absolutely zero credit / gift card2)You can not exchange defective part3)You can not return anything ,absolutelyZERO unless you have recipt & less than 90 days. 91 days pound sand !Lowes has changed return policy at all stores. I will not buy anything from Lowes again, do yourself a favor & go to Home Depot, they can at least look up by your email address! AVOID LOWES IF YOU ARE SMART!

Customer service was not good. Had an exchange for a Christmas tree I bought 12/24.22. Worked 3 days and quit. 1-800 number said to take tree back for exchange since it was under warranty. Had everything figured out, went and got tree comparable to one I was bringing back. At the service desk the girl I was working with had left and I had to start all over. This didn’t go well, new lady was very argumentative and told me I was lucky to get anything. Gave me a credit to $60 and would not exchange tree since Lowe’s didn’t carry that tree this year. Not good customer service at all. Went next door to Home Depot and bought a beautiful tree.

Gotta love these places at Christmas time so many deals! Couple things , I. used the men's restroom at 7 am- you could easily tell it hadn't been swept/ cleaned since?? yesterday. On another note, the HD has been stressing their employees say hello , be friendly. Lowe's not so much.

The delivery service used to delivery our stove was very professional and cautious of personal space in our home to keep from any accidents during installation. The delivery team were Adrian & Justin. They were polite, friendly and quick to get the job done. They deserve the praise.

It takes a lot for me to post a negative review and we have always been loyal Lowe’s customers. We have been working on replacing some trim and a door in our house. Tried to order from Lowe’s 3 times, each time the door was damaged. The first time they told it us was damaged and they would order another one, the next 2 we discovered the damage ourselves when we went to pick it up. It was extremely disappointing to have to take out business elsewhere, especially since we like being able to take advantage of Lowe’s veteran discount for our home improvement projects. This location should re examine its relationship with its suppliers and delivery contracts to prevent losing more business in the future. Sad to see the decline in quality and care.
