everyone is nice, they keep the store clean and keep items stocked, associates are always sure to look up and great a costumer when they walk into the store, the area is not cluttered or overwhelming, even the outdoors area stays well maintained and there aren’t a bunch of people there at once, there’s no group hang outs or ppl sitting outside on the curb. i use this gas station bc i am out late at times and they stay open 24/hr whilst maintains a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.

I got gas here last night at 1:11am. Shortly after leaving the gas station my car started shaking SOOOO BAD!!! Come to find out I got some bad gas from this place!

Says online they're open 24/7, I pull into the parking lot a 3am and there's a woman sitting in her car saying "I'm not opening until 5". Please get this fixed ASAP

No point in this place even being open.. the registers don't work half the time and don't use the bathroom the woman bathroom doesn't lock so anyone can just walk in..

It's becoming less like my favorite store. Running out of items for coffee and closing early. I used to be a fan of coming here but now?. I can't even use a lighter and I spend well over$900 dollars a week here .

Busy store, limited support. The associates are usually always nice to me. Can't ask for much more than better management, being open 24/7 and back not closing up at random hours.

When Marbin goes to a establishment such as Mapco we expect a few basic necessities to be available. 1. Water with bubbles 2. Cold brew Starbucks coffee (unsweetened) 3. Jack links 4. Hummus and pretzel packs Mapco is a solid 2/4!!! I was pleasantly surprised they carried Topo Chico (a well known brand amongst the bubble water community) but when I got to the coffee part of the fridge, I was appalled by the amount of sugar contained in ALL of the cold caffeinated drinks in the section. The jack links were delicious, but the lack of hummus packs made me feel a little unwelcome as a Middle-eastern man travelling through western Tennessee. In conclusion, if you happen to be a fusion band traveling via Chatanooga TN, I can't (in good conscience) recommend it, but it's also not the worst. If I were you I'd take it or leave it.

There was dust on the coffee lids.The coffee was not hot at all, we had to microwave our coffee. Very unsanitary to me and not convenient at all for my lunch break.
