I love this location every time I go to the store and get the items that are needed I'm always greeted with a smile.. Diamond is truly a well kept hidden jewel that you guys have and I absolutely love her personality and her top tier customer service, she needs a promotion and a raise!! 😁. Thank you guys for always being the convenient store that I can truly say I have a great experience at Everytime..

I have to give out a shout to the store manager, Megan Patterson. Why? Because she was super sweet and kind enough to help me save on gas when I inquired about using the mapco app to save money at the pump. She took the time to show me how to download the app and register to save.
I highly recommend it! You save .15 cent off the first time. 2nd time .25 cent off and .35 cent off third time.
Thank you, Megan, for the simple kindness you deserve this review.

I took this picture looking down into the coffee cup that I bought on Nov. 13, 2023 about 8:20am.The grounds were unpleasant to discover.Until then, coffee tasted ok but -- it was just barely warm.Also, it was not hot. A man getting coffee right after me (a different brew) noticed that his wasn't hot either.I didn't have time to ask and wait if a microwave would have been available.On the plus side, the cashier was in good spirits.

This store is always closed when it’s supposed to be open. I stopped by this morning at 7:40 there were 2 employees in store walking around doing nothing but telling people that tried to open the door that they are closed with no explanation. This happens way to often in the mornings. The store needs to closed permanently if they can’t be open when they are supposed to be. And the customer service is terrible most days. People were needing gas and other things but they don’t care.

I stop through this location multiple times a day. Everyone is always smiling and upbeat, The employees always seem Happy and the store manager Rhonda is amazing. She always seem to go above and beyond for her employees and always for the customers, She is always on the go doing something around that store or on a register helping knock down lines. You guys should give her a raise!!! I never hear her complain and she is always there to help with any questions or issues. I was having trouble with my rewards card and she said hold on if you have few mins i can help. She called got someone right on the phone and my card has worked ever since and got my points for fuel.

Be careful if you use your bank card at the mapco on 153 at hamill road. A lady went in the store last night and bought a drink and when she left she forgot to pull her bank card out of the machine. An hour later she realized she had lost her card and while looking for it she called her bank to see if she could freeze it and someone had already spent over 1,000 dollars online. They made purchases at several different stores. The police pulled the camera footage and the man working the store could be seen pulling the card out of the register as soon as she walked away. He got off work at 9:00 and the charges started right at 9:30 and they ordered several pairs of shoes from Nike.com and made several purchases at Walmart.com and sheen. The guy lied to the police and said he walked outside and gave it back to her and they have to wait until tomorrow to file a warrant for the employee and the store manager at the store was lieing about what she seen on the camera so she was trying to cover up for him so just be careful if you use your bank card in that store. They apparently have a way to pull your information off the register and use it to make online purchases as well ..
