First time visit today. Great food. Reasonable prices. Gal that waited on us asked us where we want to vacation, instead of our name, to call when our order was ready. Roomy table space. Coffee was wonderful. Berry-lemonade was very good.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: One level. Plenty of room between tables

Came in on Monday at 11:00am. There was a bit of a wait, didn’t get my food until 11:30, so I was hoping the food would come out better than it did. I ordered the risky biscuits with a side of bacon. The biscuits and the bacon were fine, but the gravy tasted burnt. I tried getting past the taste but it was inedible after a few bites. Disappointing because I couldn’t eat it as I ordered, which was biscuits and gravy.

Came in on Easter Sunday. Line was long and there was a wait for the food. GLAD I STAYED! Got the extreme B&G. The biscuit was perfect and the gravy had just enough kick to it! Great place to come to!

I’ve loved Maple Street Biscuit Company ever since they opened years ago. My favorite is the Five and Dime with the maple coffee to drink. The staff are friendly and efficient. I don’t live in Chattanooga anymore, but whenever I’m in town I make sure to visit.

All the biscuits sounded so good we almost couldn’t even choose just one. We ended up getting the Five & Dime with shiitake gravy (highly recommend) and the Sticky Maple with a side of smashbrowns and two Caramel Toffee Nut Crunch coffees. We loved every bit of it and will definitely be trying this place again to experience everything else the menu has to offer. The staff was friendly and also comedic, which is always a plus in my book.

Came here for breakfast while our boy was in tho OR. Great hospitality and service! Coffee is phenomenal! My wife has a gluten allergy and the staff answered every question she had, made food how she needed…and then gave it to us on the house. Definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Vegan, keto and gluten friendly.Kid-friendliness: Coloring activities

I and some friends came in a few days ago and the man who took our orders I believe he said his name was Josh, made the whole experience welcoming and delightful. Not only was he courteous but he was also respectful, professional, and helpful. I have never in my 40+ years encountered such professionalism in any restaurant. I asked him if he was a manager and couldn't believe it when he said no. That he was just an employee. That is sad that while most people with stuck up prissy attitudes are promoted to manager positions while people like this man are looked over and often passed over for those stuck up petty prissy people.

After watching the cashier flirt and chit chat with customers for 15 min of standing in line waiting, he tells us 45 min wait for food. Claim was fryer issue, but delaying all even without ordering a fried item. Waited until we got to the counter to tell us when the line was out the door and more.

If you are expecting fast cheap food this is not your place. With that said, you get what you pay for. OUTSTANDING quality and service. I look forward to my next breakfast at Maple Street Biscuits. Awesome!
