The advantage is they stand along on the outskirts. They have their own building. No walking through the mall traffic. Got it ? There are at least five stores less than a mile apart. I hardly ever write reviews but I felt in this case it was worth taking the time out of my day to write one about this amazing business. It can be a difficult task buying jewelry for your wife but the crew at Markmans always makes it such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Markmans 35 years ago. I brought it back in to have it repaired and Kendra helped me pick out a new band with a halo of diamonds under my original diamond. It’s beautiful! Her service was exceptional! She sent pictures and a video when it was finished before they shipped it to me. I love it!

I cannot say enough good about Markman’s! I lost one of my diamonds in my wedding band and it also had some discoloration on it. When I took my ring in, they were able to give me an accurate quote during my visit. Which by the way was very reasonable. The jewelers are VERY knowledgeable about what they do and are great at explaining it as well. They were able to fix my ring in a timely manner and when I picked it up, my ring was the shiniest it has ever been! Don’t waste your time looking for other jewelers, just go to Markman’s!

Our experience at Markman with Scott and Haley has been nothing short of amazing! The service is excellent, and the care they offer is totally genuine.Their first goal is to make sure that their customers are completely happy! They are absolutely the easiest group of folks to be around, never tiring of showing piece after piece of beautiful jewelry. It really seemed as if they were having as much fun as we were!Even the other sales people, who were NOT necessarily working with us, were incredibly kind and friendly-remembering our names and all sorts of little details about us as individuals.If you are serious about purchasing beautiful, high quality jewelry, there is just no better place…ANYWHERE!!!My husband lives in Nashville, and I live close to Atlanta. There are jewelry stores everywhere, and we did some looking around, but there is no other place that we would consider for buying jewelry. The quality and beauty of their jewelry is superior, and their service is second to none.

We had the pleasure of working with Scott to re-design my engagement ring using an heirloom diamond. At the same time, we also took another heirloom diamond and had it made into a pendant.Scott was incredibly patient, and made the process incredibly easy - practically reading my mind to make sure both pieces were exactly what I wanted. He was prompt with communication and went the extra mile on every. single detail.I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with such precious pieces. This was a long overdue purchase for a nice engagement ring. When we got married many years ago, I couldn’t afford much at the time. My wife picked this ring out but I planned to surprise her with it on her birthday in Arizona. I had told her we would try to do something after an upcoming trip to Sedona.Christina was very helpful and made the purchase very easy. I actually made the transaction over the phone and picked the ring up a few days later, with the diamond we had picked out placed in the setting. The ring was absolutely stunning. And the price was reasonable, especially for such a quality piece of jewelry. It’s a great feeling to support a local business and I would highly recommend them for your jewelry purchases. Don’t think about going to a store in the mall without first checking out Markman’s!

Markman’s made the entire process of purchasing an engagement ring seamless and stress free. Shopped around before I bought and Markman’s was far and away the best shopping environment in Chattanooga. I never felt pressured and they helped me make one of the biggest decisions of my life. I have sent friends and family their way and they have had similarly excellent experiences.

Xantha and the Markman’s Jewelers Team made my recent engagement ring purchase feel effortless.Their industry knowledge coupled with their friendly personalities deflated any stresses I may have had. Beautifully cut stones, bands, and settings. Their selection has something in store for everyone. 10/10 would recommend to all of my close family and friends!

Great place to buy quality jewelry! I went into this store having no idea what I wanted in a an engagement ring and the staff was such a big help in finding what was perfect for me. The store got three different diamonds in for me within a matter of 3 days each. Also, Haley is the best at explaining everything!! She took her time explaining every detail about the ring to me and went above and beyond that. We bought the perfect ring here and I cannot wait to see it on my finger! Markman’s made me feel like family and I greatly appreciate everything they did for me and my soon to be fiancé! I will be going back to find the perfect complimenting wedding band (hopefully with the help of Haley)!
