I had a very pleasant experience. My sales representative was Marsha. She was very informative and helpful she made selection and purchase so easy and comfortable for us. I would recommend her to anyone.Go see Marsha at the Matress Firm on hwy153 in Hixson!

I waited for about a little over a month to leave a review to gauge how well the mattress I was sold would performance. Spoiler alert; it exceeded my expectations. My significant other and I went to get an Egg and left with something else. Derick is a very knowledgeable, funny, and witty salesman. He took us around to test out beds, encouraged us to sleep like normal people and not like vampires. He made the overall experience comfortable and got me the bed I needed to support my back and assist with my sleep apnea (don’t take this as medical advice, see a doctor for that). Just saying, I went there with an idea and left with I bed I refuse to send back. 5/5 experience.
