“Fast and efficient! On one of the busiest days of the year, they still manage to provide the results on time (sample collected at 9:00am, results available at 4:28pm). They give you a pager when you arrive, and you can wait in your car until they call you. In and out in 30 min (again, on the busiest day of the year). No need to make an appointment. Insurance accepted. The results indicate RT-PCR, suitable for travel. Super nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended!”

“I went there today to have blood drawn and I was in and out in 5 minutes way BEFORE my scheduled appointments time, and they were super nice, too! Do all your paperwork on their patient portal and schedule an appointment beforehand like some of the other reviews suggest and you won't have a single problem with waiting! Will definitely use them again. It's inside Erlanger on the 4th floor. Again, do your paperwork online and schedule an appointment beforehand through their patient portal and you won't have a single problem with waiting or anything at all.”
