Steve has been fantastic in walking me through the steps of getting my supplemental medical and Rx policies. He is very knowledegable, and knows my specific needs of my company plan. Very helpful, usually available to answer questions, if not returns calls very quickly. Provides detailed instructions including videos to walk one through the process of enrolling in Medigap and how to reclaim out of pocket expenses. Steve really makes his clients feel cared for. He has a heart for his work.
