The "Supposed GM" Will lie and charge you fees that are optional. I worked at MetroPCS, and know. For instance if you're an existing customer getting an upgrade you're not supposed to be charged an activation fee, because you're already a customer. If I had to describe him in one word it would be inadequate as an employee , or anything else.

My favorite metro store. Super friendly and helpful. I literally drive 45 minutes or so to avoid my local metro in Fort Payne al and this locations is one of the best.

T-Mobile has always been good to me. When I killed my phone by falling into the river at Cummins Falls, they went out of their way to help me restore almost two years of Waterfalling memories with my son and daughter. The coverage is excellent with few dropouts, and we go to some pretty remote spots. They always give me a 3 day extension if the bill falls on a financially inconvenient date, and every representative I speak to is courteous, efficient, and product savvy. Today's visit for a Galaxy Tab was no different. The store on 23rd was out because of the holidays, but they redirected me to Rossville Blvd where new stock had just come in. It took 15 minutes, and I was out the door. Thanks T-Mobile, as long as you stay like this, I'll keep giving you my business.
