T-Mobile is the phone carrier to have. They are affordable and the service is wonderful. A 5G phone is so much better than 3 and 4 G phones.

I've been with phone carrier for 7yrs. and never had to drive out of my way to 3 different closed stores just to pay my bill, luckily the service rep. On the phone was kind enough to help me while I was driving home, which turned a 30 min into an hr. of my gas.

Store Staff is Good but District Manager "MIKE" is So Greedy that He will not allow Metro Customer Service to Apply a $50 Discount for Fear of not being REIMBURST. His Exact Words, "Where am I going to get my Money for my Phones" Only because a Computer Error did not apply the Discount in the Store. The 1 Star is for the Poor Staff who have to deal with a Tight Wad like this.

I have had a very very bad experience with the metro on shallowford rd....I've tried reaching out but have been unsuccessful due to the fact the store hasn't been open the cashier has given me the run around and no one has helped me I bought a brand new phone on a Thursday the phone didnt work took back Friday and still today I haven't received a phone but I paid money for it!! I need some help

Refused my boyfriend an upgrade on his phone when we switched services at the same time. We're also on the same line might I add, but that's not the issue. The issue is whoever the man was that was working tonight refused to refund my boyfriends phone before the 7 day mark after paying full price and an activation fee while our service was still on!? Again not the issue just part of it. To make a long story short he was refused the return because it was “technically an upgrade†what bs. Will be switching services soon. We definitely don't recommend Metropcs. And to add that we went to another location and they sent us to metropcs in east ridge that wasn't even their y'all have the worst service and customer service! I rather give you no stars 👎

No refunds or exchanges at THIS store. I bought a defective phone and tried to exchange it for a working one (within less than 24 hours). Was told that they do not do any exchanges or returns at this location. Now I have to exchange at Corporate, which is in Atlanta...
