First off the fact that I can’t give this “young Extraordinary customer service top-flight MetroPCS employee “ a TEN STAR REVIEW- that’s the second thing wrong here AND THE FIRST IS THAT Cristina is NOT THE REGIONAL MANAGER AND OR THE CUSTOMER TRAINING PERSONNEL!! She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THE HELP SHE GAVE MY WIFE !!! I don’t think I’ve had a better experience in retail history.! I was coming in to drop the service and switch to Verizon- but ONLY BECAUSE OF HER AND THIS VISIT - Metro has me FOR LIFE !!!!!

I went in to the store to activate my phone that I had purchased somewhere else but had already had service on it before. The associate for metropcs told me there was a nonrefundable activation fee so I took my phone and left. I contacted customer service for metropcs and they said there was no such fee. I do believe that associate was trying to steal my money which I do not appreciate one bit!!!!!

I've been a Metro customer for many years. Well I finally got a friend to switch over to the Metro T-Mobile service. They fixed them up with a great phone(Free with switching)and had them going in no time. This was one of two stores near us since there's no longer any stores in East Ridge and it's close to Sherwin Williams which I do quite a bit of Business with.
